Pretty natural environment in the middle of the pines, very sunny house with triple exposure. View of a very quiet shaded garden at the end of a cul-de-sac. Ideally located in a residential area. Very quiet
bike rides, hiking, mountains, easy to Nice .
four bedrooms: 3 with double bed and a small 4th bedroom with a single bed. Rather suitable for a teenager or child. Two bathrooms, one on the first floor and another upstairs.
A small shower also on the first floor.

Swimming pool protected by an alarm but not fenced.
Roquefort is a pleasant village with a lot of entertainment in the summer, cinema, concert .......;
