A beautiful, spacious 2-room apartment (approx. 50 m²) on the 2nd floor with an elevator in the building. The lovingly furnished apartment features a sunny west-facing balcony, a large living room with carpeted floors, and a cozy sofa that invites you to relax.
The small kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, and an oven.
The fold-down bed (2 m x 0.80 m x 2.00 m / twin mattresses) in the living area sleeps two people and can be folded up when not in use. In addition, the apartment has a separate room equipped with a sleeper sofa (1.20 m x 2 m).
The bathroom/toilet is equipped with a shower stall, sink, mirror cabinet, and a towel warmer. The hallway contains the coat rack and the wardrobe.
Smoking and bringing pets are not permitted. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee.
Use of the parking space is included. This is a double-parking lift platform on the lower level.
