Recently updated and perched in the heart of Vail Village, this cozy mountain condo will be just the place for a romantic getaway or ski vacation with the family. Start each day on the right note by taking in the partial views of Vail Mountain. Boasting brand new granite countertops in the full kitchen and a beautifully furnished living area, there will be no problem whipping up delicious meals and entertaining the whole gang after a full day of fresh powder. Cozy up next to the stone fireplace and sip a cup of hot cocoa as the snow falls outside. When nights come to a close the free WiFi and two flatscreen TVs will provide more than enough entertainment. Plus, you can share favorite memories with friends back home via social media! What's nearby: Vail Core Condominiums enjoys a great location within walking distance to everything, so you won't even need a car during your vacation - there's even a free bus across the street! The lifts are a few steps from your front door for endless runs on fresh powder and the skating rink and Solaris are right across the street for even more winter fun. For a change of pace, pop into the various shops, pubs, and restaurants scattered throughout the Village, or walk half-a-block to visit the Covered Bridge and Bridge Street. Plus, warmer months will uncover endless hiking and biking trails that you won't want to miss and the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens can be a great place to spend an afternoon! Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Walk to lifts * Please note that this home does not include central AC although we do have a ceiling fan and portable fans. * No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. * Our home is located on floor 2. * Our bedroom is located upstairs. Please note ladder needed for access in the pictures. City/town permit number: 28390 Please note there is a steep staircase that you musts use if you want to access the loft where the queen bed is. Free public parking will be available in the Vail Village and Lionshead parking structures through mid to late June. This is due to the installation and transition to a new parking system during the spring and summer seasons. See rate signs at entrances. The Town of Vail will transition to its summer parking operations in the Vail Village and Lionshead structures as the installation allows. The transition to summer parking operations will be announced at a later date. The structures will continue to remain free for daytime parking with connecting free bus service to event venues, trailheads and activities throughout town, including express service to Ford Park. The summer operations will also include a $25 fee for vehicles stored overnight in the Vail Village and Lionshead structures. Additional parking can be found at the Red Sandstone garage. The Red Sandstone garage offers free parking for 72 hours throughout the summer season. Lot closure and parking rates can be found on the Vail Events Parking calendar.

Great central location near restaurants, bus stops, parking garage and transit center. A very comfortable space with a kitchen, stove, oven, full size fridge and dishwasher. There are also plenty of towels and linens. I would make sure and let folks know that there are steep stairs up to the second level condo with no elevator so, heavy suitcases might pose a problem for some. Also, inside the condo, there is a steep ladder to the loft where the comfortable Queen bedroom is located. We had a very nice time and would rent again if our travels take us to Vail in the future!

We spent two nights with our two small children. You really can’t beat the price for the location. The staircase is a bit challenging with littles but overall a great stay.

This was our third time staying at this property. The location is awesome! Once you park and unload your bags you'll never need your vehicle until it's time to checkout. You are within walking distance of everything and they have the free busses to take you anywhere further. The unit isn't huge but it's perfect for three or four guests. The stairs up to the upstairs bedroom are steep so probably not ideal for small children or the elderly but the murphy bed downstairs is still an option for those folks. There is also a nice little kitchen with pretty much everything you'll need. We will definitely be staying here again as long as it's available!

The location is great in town, place is dated but works for a ski trip. Fireplace was not functional, and the 1 bedroom is up a ladder located on the kitchen. This should definitely make the pictures as not all can or want to crawl up and down a ladder in the middle of the night!

Great location in central Vail Village. Has everything you need for a ski trip. There was a separate pullout mattress under the queen bed, so there are actually 4 sleeping areas. Most of the furnishings and amenities aren’t great quality, but everything works. And the walls are a bit thin, so you hear people in the other condos, but it isn’t too loud.

The location was nice. It was relatively comfortable and warm. Fireplace was great. However, the condo was very dated and in need of repairs. My husband put the toilet paper holder back on the wall. Floor peeling in the kitchen area. No balcony as advertised. No ice-maker. The stairs to get to the spacious upstairs room were very difficult and scary. This would definitely not be a condo for elderly or small children. Not as stocked as other VRBO's we've stayed in.
