If you are looking for a quiet vacation then the location is good. Close to the beach but it takes some time to get to any other places. The staff are friendly in general. Room is clean.
The only two things I could think about are improving the quality of the food and perhaps installing another elevator. I chose to eat at the resort most of time but the breakfast is not as good as I expected. There are some sections of food barely touched and it is actually shows they need to change the selection of the food. Meanwhile, the main dining place is COSMO restaurant. The Thai food quality needs to be improved in my opinion. If you want more customers to eat there then it is better to provide a better service especially on the dining part. I liked the Reflection bar more than the restaurant. Sushi is fresh enough. In general, my stay is ok.

Room was fantastic. Great views.
I expected the property facilities would be more luxurious for a 5 star to be honest, and for the price. Admittedly we went in high season. The pool is quite small and there is no service on the beach. The restaurant is ok, and staff are very friendly.
