Check in and out was very easy. Easy to get to from the airport via train. Able to get just about anywhere in Sydney via transit which made hitting various tourist spots enjoyable and affordable. While it isn't the fanciest hotel out there, it was very good value for money - you get what you pay for in the best way. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
There isn't much of a view, but that's what you get staying downtown. You can hear the trains, even on the 6th floor, but it didn't keep us up at night. Again, probably what you're going to get regardless of where you stay downtown.

Friendly staff, close to Darling Harbour and activities.
All good

Very basic n in need of updating. I was very busy so only slept there.
I could feel the springs in the single bed. Noise and lack of security - anyone could walk in n access the elevator to rooms.
