Location and how easy it was to check in and out.
There were minor things, nothing substantial.

Fantastic location, very friendly customer service online.
Having to pay extra for parking when there was a huge parking space in the back of the building.

It was cold during winter. If you wanted extra cleaning mid-stay you had to pay extra. They did not work with us to refund a room we didn’t need, so we unfortunately paid double.
