dream ski holiday

Dinner was more than I expect. Too many options, all very delicious. Also the traditional shows during dinner were very enjoyable. Hotel being in the middle of the ski-slops is just perfect.

Recommended for riders traveling with families

Staying here with my whole family was the best decision this winter season so far. The ski lift is next to the hotel. Staff is friendly, even when my children create a mess. BTW, there's a babysitting service. Breakfasts and dinners were awesome. Overall recommended for riders traveling with families.

Spa area needs a renovation

Good

Provided a shuttle to and from the airport. Check in process was smooth. Food was good, wide spread buffet, filling. Location was great. The ski slope was good. The ski instructor was great. The room was decent and comfortable. Decent facilities in the hotel. Swimming pool is alright. Had to buy a swimming cap in order to be able to swim. The staff in general are friendly.

I was informed that I had no ski pass despite the fact there was no mention of additional charges for ski pass via booking.com Mind you, I paid an exorbitant amount for my stay so to say I was flabbergasted that I had to also buy a ski pass was an understatement. The total price paid for my stay didn't meet the expectations.

A real ski-in and ski-out hotel with ski pass included

A real ski-in and ski-out resort, upper hill, very good breakfast and comfortable bed. ski pass is included in the room fee.

Toilet flushing water is a bit weak.

Friendly staff, poor skiing experience.

The effort of the staff is amazing. Including ski instructors, ski rentals all the hotel staff was very keen to make us comfortable. We asked to change our room and it happened in 10 seconds. The food was very good comparing to what we paid.

The hotel needs a renovation. Everything was very old in the rooms and in the building. The housekeeping was very good but the carpets in the room was impossible to clean. The bathrooms are poorly designed, the heating was excessive. One other complaint, we called the hotel a few days before our arrival to ask how much snow was in the pistes, the callcenter lady told us 50 cm! which was a complete lie. There was only one pist open because of the lack snow. Beware booking your ski trip on December.

Enjoyful family holiday in the centre of the skiing area

The location of the hotel is unique. Especially with small kids it is so easy going with the rental service, the full board package and the ski school all at the same place, directly next to the lift. The staff was super engaged and friendly, also I can recommend the ski trainers. The food was also rich and prepared in a nice way. Last but not least the guests in the hotel were very polite and nice focussing on skiing. So there is a nice sporty atmosphere in the hotel.

The hotel has two weak points. First it really needs renovation, both for the facilities and the rooms. Second the cleanliness could be better.

Great food and location.

The food was great. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The hotel is 5 steps away from the ski lift.

The noise. You can hear other guests in the hallway literally screaming and yelling like they own the place at 2 am.

The loud music from the hotel bar till 2300, that was annoying for guest above the bar and wanting to rest or sleep earlier.

Great experience.

Great location for those who like to ski, the ski lounge is exactly on hotel’s location, food also was very delicious, some employees are really friendly and kind.

Spa needs to be more clean, receptionists should know at least two languages.

Exceptional

We first encountered the Dedeman hotel a few years prior to now. We were immediately drawn to it due to the friendly nature of the staff (particularly Enes and Deniz) and the well kept facilities. Due to COVID we weren’t able to come until now, and it was well worth the wait. Not only are the staff the most attentive and kind hearted people we’ve ever been hosted by but additionally the location is terrific. Each and every window you look out from has a breathtaking view. Moreover, due to the location you are able to ski in and out of the hotel with ease. There are also wonderful facilities such as games rooms, a spa, a club, cafes, restaurants and best of all live music. The evening entertainment exceeded all expectations, there was never a dull moment. Furthermore, due to the close proximity to the slopes Dedeman has a close relationship with the ski instructors who were accommodating, hilarious and altruistic. Especially, Mr Caner who took fabulous care of us. Overall we had a fabulous experience, both of my teenagers rated this trip a 10/10, as do I. Which counts for a lot due to us having skied everywhere from Lake Tahoe to The Alps. I can’t wait to revisit and see the upcoming renovations.

Nice little show weekend, place is good value for money.

Location is great, right on the slopes, doesn't get any better than that. Rooms were quiet and super warm. Staff was kind and helpful. Good value for money.

Hotel a bit outdated and rooms were a bit in poor shape. Food offer was all included but was bland.
