The absolute worst hotel I have ever booked in. Front desk is rude, hotel room is in poor condition. Smelled like stale smoke from the get go. When I brought up the smell the front desk said they can’t stop people from smoking in the room? And their excuse for the room conditions is that they need to remodel the room but how can they when they still booked us here? I showed the front desk the pics I saw online and she laughed at me and told me those are not their pics. Incredibly rude and condescending. The area is also very unsafe with homeless and drug addicted people around. I refused to stay. When hotels.com tried to dispute for me they refused to give me a refund. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car before staying here.

The place could use some spackle and paint in several places. when I arrived, the 4 main lights did not work. took about a half hour to get someone to answer the phone and for a workman to arrive with 4 new bulbs before they worked. Very nice worker.

I had a very uneventful stay. Would I stay here again? Definitely. No much talk about. I was there because I was looking for a monthly quote; per the General Manager, they only do weekly pricing. But I needed to experience before I make a decision.

I tried to check in an hour early to be told not only I couldn’t check in early but my room wouldn’t be ready till 30 mins to an hour after check in.
When I go back to check in at the time they told me, they said they had to down size my reserved King Suite with a Kitchenette & Couch to a Standard Room at no price change. Oh & if I didn’t want that then they just won’t charge my card & I could go somewhere else.
HOW RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! BAD BUSINESS FOR SURE.
But everywhere else in the city was booked because there was an event locally, so I had no choice but to take the room.
Now getting to the room I was even more PISSED. The floor was dirty, the furniture was worn & out dated, & it smelled like they just sprayed bug spray. I haven’t even gotten to the Junky’s hanging around the property. Not only that, they multiple residents living there with their clothes & dogs hanging outside. It was the worst!
Plus side:
I never actually see a bug or got bitten.
The shower water was hot.
The lien seemed clean.
The Air worked.

It was a beautiful stay but the most that caught my eye was the door in the restroom did not close all the way and I had to change my keycard more than once, and they said for some reason it happens when you leave and come back

The top cover over over the bed had burn holds the bathroom shower curtain Had some type of stain that didnt look appropriate to be hanging up. the shower had some type of mold at the bottom base. It did not have a secured lock on the door.

Parking lot have some people smoking pot. Our room doesn't have a security lock. Also hair on the beds. We don't feel safe here. Tried to post a photo of our room but this application not working properly.

This property was barely acceptable. It was definitely run down. The first problem was it advertised the pool but it was closed for inspection. Staff would not even let us sit by the pool. This was run of the main reasons we booked this hotel.
Second the room was in bad shape. The light switches and lamps in the room did not work correctly. The Shower curtain was broken and leaned precariously on the tub. The toilet paper dispenser was broken. The elevator did not open all the way (only 1/2 way) when we were trying to board on the first floor. The ice machine was broken.
Generally this hotel left a lot to be desired.
The price was good and the room was pretty clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable. That is about all I can say that was positive.

There was a family that looked like they were living there with a big dog. They people where walking back and forth all night. I had to stay up just to make shore my car was ok. I asked to change room and was told no and got a lot of Attitude from the manger.

The room was in horrible condition, there were holes in the walls, towel rack was ripped out of the wall at one time. The tub was dirty. There were no pillows. What was I. Place of the pillows were sheets stuffed into the pillow cases. Both lamps were broken. There were no handles on the drawers. The carpet was trashed and the room stinks.

Before inflation of the last couple years, I wouldn't have paid more than $50/night for this place. The fact that it is now almost $200/night is absolutely ridiculous. It was an ok place, but definitely run-down.

Don’t. Just don’t. This place is tired. Filthy. Skeevy. If we had not just come off a series of delayed flights which arrived at midnight, we would have turned around at first look and gone elsewhere. There were two clumps of hair in the tub and bathroom counter the size of tarantulas. I took off my shoes and socks and by the time I got to the bed, the bottoms of my feet were black. We didn’t even chance a shower in the morning and just checked out, thankful that our car was till there. Staff was courteous at check in and check out.

No access to hot tub (which my body needed badly), ice machine didnt work (which I also needed badly), then room phone didnt work to even be able to call front desk. Not worth it for the price in my opinion.

The carpet was absolutely disgusting. the window faced a corridor which had vomit on it and trash all over. The clerk gave us a cleaner room but said that renovations are being done throughout the hotel. My strong suggestion is not to rent rooms that are not ready. or even give a 50% discount on those rooms. in the replacement room, the pillows were shabby, the mattress was uncomfortable, only one blanket for the bed. Thank god I always take a blanket when I travel. No cleaning service, no coffee maker. The room was also bite size. I'm usually not picky but this stay was not very Plesant. Good location of the hotel though. I might go back but I will verify if the rooms are completed before I book a stay.

Horrible place!!! If I could do zero stars I would. Asked for handicap room and was put on 3rd floor. I will post pictures of nasty dirty room. Loud people lingering around. Scary does not safe for families.

checked in and my room tv did not work, and the room was very poor, thusly was moved to a new room ,which was an upgrade to a suite, which was clean at least.
it turns out the local cable company broke a line in the area is why the wi fi and cable service was out, so nothing the hotel could do. but it was corrected the next day.
very conveinent area in tempe, close to costco, wall mart, starbucks and many fast foods nearby.
at least the price was right, but the property needs many up grades. new owners took it over recently..
no breakfast , coffee very limited, but at least a starbucks is nearby.

Honestly, would not recommend manager cursed at his employees in front of me and another customer. There was no hot water on our last day there. Pool is not working just let you know, it is under construction. Honestly, I would recommend you go with the other choice you’re looking at, place needs an update really bad.

When I we reserved this hotel we were promised breakfast pool spa and a suite..we want our money back. Desk.staff was nice but entire hotel is completely falling apart, underwear in garbage can, food left in refrigerator , stained carpet floors drawers and walls. Pool and spa empty no breakfast

This was an absolute dump! The office walls had mold on the ceilings. The pavement was awful to drive on. Thankfully we were exhausted we did not notice anything with the room until the following morning. There was NO hot water! We had to take cold showers. I tried using the phone but it was not working. We tried to turn television on but remote did not work. They took the security deposit and I called to ask to speak with a manager the front desk person who was an Eastern Indian with a heavy accent would not assist me and hung up on me when I tried to ask for a manager. I was assured that the $100.00 deposit wouldn’t be taken out but it was. If they are taking the deposits when there was no damage and nothing broken or taken their hotel ahould be a stellar stay but it’s not. I would like to know how this place is still being offered through hotels.com.

I spent $150 total on a last second room and could not stay there. It smelled like it had just been bug bombed and I could not stay in there more than 5 minutes. I was in a rush and could not go up front to request another room and I ended having to stay with family instead. I was very upset and wish I would have never booked. I wish I could get my money back.

First room we were in was filthy. Bugs, both dead and alive, floors were sticky, mattress cover was covered in stains and stuff on the walls. Got moved to a different room. It was a little cleaner. Mattress cover was clean and nothing moving across the floor.

This place was one of the absolute worst hotels I've ever stayed in. They gave us a room that had a broken bed in the middle. And the room was not very clean stuff, didn't work? And then in the morning when we were trying to check out they had the staircase access from our room on the exterior shut off to the parking lot. It was a horrible guest experience. We'll never go back.

We could not stay. First room smelt like weed, second room had something my son was allergic to but not sure what it was. Front desk staff was rude. Even other people complained about smoke/ weed smell in the non smoking rooms. Tried calling to talk with manager only to be told they don't work on weekends. I now have to wait until Monday to see if i can even get a refund. Also there was no pool to speak of which my son was looking forward to.

Front desk lady/owner (assuming) was rude, the parking was full of homeless people hanging out, obviously noticeable broken down cars in parking lot, cars sitting on rims with missing tires, the room was just as bad VERY OUTDATED, nothing like the pictures!!! I tried to make light of the situation by trying to make a joke that we had been catfished by a hotel (he didn’t find it funny) the lights by the bed & t.v. Didn’t work what so ever.

There was no hot water, the shower head was horrible , no pool, the room had black mold in the bathroom. Our heat did not work. Never had housekeeping. No ice ,no laundry facilities. Rude owner, she always seemed like it was an inconvenience. For over $100/night..go stay at a luxury hotel, hot water and a working shower head.

I drove to the location because I've been burned by looking on line and the hotel is in an unsafe area. This area is quite safe but the room itself was smelly and I felt a little scared because I could hear cars and people outside my room. The bathtub was as clean as they could get it but I did not shower. The people are nice that work there. I would absolutely stay here for $45.00 That's what this is worth. The refrigerator was so loud I unplugged it.

There isn't anything close to warm with hot water on entirely by itself. Notified the front desk and they sent a maintenance guy by to tell me its as hot as it gets. Really? Turning down the hot water to less than room temperatures? Wash my hair, fine! By shower? Are you serious?

The room #315 had a hole in the restroom door, the towels were dirty and the carpet was hard.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

It definitely seemed it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. The trash had been taken out, but both beds were full of debris. There wasn't any service while we were there and we made sure to leave the beds completely open so they'd be stripped and made properly. There wasn't a breakfast, the TV didn't work in the main room and obviously the pool was drained for the winter. I did enjoy the people and the location, however

Room 219 had several holes in the walls. The ceiling in the bathroom had a hole where there was water damage. NO HOT WATER. One of the TVs didn’t work. Got moved to room 307 “with hot water.” The hot water lasted 2 minutes before it was cold again. The TVs also didn’t work. The guy at the front desk had no idea how to improve the situation and yet we’re still expected to pay full price. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.
