Comfortable and affordable. Needs updating. You have to get a deluxe room in order to have a refrigerator and microwave. No breakfast.

This hotel is rated 8 which is above average. My husband and I would give it about 7.4 because there was no hot water, the room seemed old, tv remote was not the type we are used to. Bed was pretty comfortable but pillows were too thin. The person at the front desk was friendly so that’s a plus.

One night stay while traveling. We knew breakfast was not included so that was expected. Coffee was OK except for powdered creamer and no artificial sweetener. Room was quiet and comfortable. The one major complaint was that the internet service was poor to non-existent. That is unacceptable in this day and age.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and had Roku TV. Parking was ample and location was excellent as it was next to the highways. Very good value, would stay there again!

For the most part our room was clean. But when I let down the blanket to get ready for bed, There was a rolled up piece of toilet paper like the shape of a joint.. I didn’t unroll it, was to afraid, just threw it away and pulled out the blanket from the closet and covered up the fitted sheet that it was on.

This hotel needs a total renovation. Everything is dated and has a musty smell. The rooms can be cleaner. I was only in town for 3 days and it did its job.

the stay was very nice, very quiet had a little bit of stains on the wall and some hair in bathtub so it was a little put offing but overall me and my boyfriend had a great stay

nice hotel. somewhat quiet the people next door was a little loud but then soon settled down. Room and hotel was clean with the exception of a little smell- air freshner would be nice. and exception be hind bathroom door wall could use a little repair to cover hole. sheet and covers clean. bed not real comfortable. I loved that they give you small sample of soap and shampoo/conditoner. Check out I didnt like had a bucket with a sign asking that people throw key card. Glad I record dont want anyone saying I overstayed. i checked out 5 hrs ahead.

We purchased a standard room. Didn't realize it didn't have a fridge. You can tell they have done some maintenance. It was clean

I came from out of state to seemy family. This was my first and last time staying at this hotel. First of all, the check in process was tedious. There was nobody at the front desk when i walked in, so i waited and waited. Then the phone rang and I thought surely someone would come, but nope. Then i finally yelled and someone came to check me in. I had reserved this room online, but still had an application to fill out. Now mind you, I'm tired from traveling and dragging my luggage and packages. Then another page and they wanted info on my rental car. It's a rental and i did not know all this info. Got my keys and dragged everything up to my room. Neither of the keys worked which added to my annoyance, and i had to drag everything back down to get new keys as there was nobody on the floor and no hall phone. Finally got into my room and there was no refrigerator. So i took a trash bag and went to the ice maker so i can keep my beverages cold. The sign on the ice maker stated that the only working ice maker was in the lobby. Great! Now i have to get dressed and go back down. I asked the front desk where the ice maker was and told him that my room didn't have a refrigerator, he replied that it's because i reserved the "standard" room. Smh. So i went to the ice maker and it basically fell apart on me. And it was dirty! The shower in my room had mold on the ceiling, the fixtures, the wall. And there was no cable, only a roku that i had to sign into my own accounts. Unacceptable

Former Hampton Inn revamped into a Red Roof Inn (RRI). Having stayed at RRI before I like this set up as it does not have a motel feel with cars parked outside each door. The staff was courteous and the room was clean. For those wanting to watch local network TV be prepared, not to watch local network TV. The TV appeared to be app based so for those without Netflix, Hulu, Prime or other accounts you will be out of luck. There are free TV options if you are interested in watching programs from the 1970's through the present or pre-recorded live TV on Pluto, Freevee etc. I would stay here again.

Everything was dirty. There was a slug on the wall and on the bed. Chipped paint on all the doors. The walls are dirty. The floor was greasy and sticky.

This was a 2 star rated hotel, so as expected, it was a little dated and needing some TLC but, it was clean and the bed was comfortable for a night’s sleep while travelling south.

Property was clean enough. Staff was fine. Hotel is noisy, especially late into night. Pillows were old and flat. TVs were grainy. Stayed at other Red Roofs with no issues, however would not stay here again.

This is my second time staying here. Hotel is clean & quiet at night and perfect for what I needed. Only suggestion I would make is the pillows on the bed can use some upgrading. They’re more on the flatter side.

Took us about half an hour to check in bc computer systems had a glitch! After getting our key we ended up walking into someone else’s room! Thank god nobody was in there at the time. Went back down and woman at front desk was like “oh”!! After getting new keys we had to have them give us new keys 5x. Finally had to have maintenance come and let me in. Worst experience ever. Hair in bathroom tub and all over blow dryer. Room smells like cigarettes.
