Overall it was a good experience. Room service would try to come super early which I didn’t like and our room was never cleaned. The folks are nice but tried to charge extra until they saw I already paid for everything. Other than that I cannot complain about my experience. Price was great!

Old, uncomfortable beds. Full size beds short sheeted with twin size sheets. Sub-par, itchy blankets. No Shower curtain. Would not recommend.

The staff is amazing!! HOWEVER THE HOTEL IS SO OUT DATED, THE BEDS ARE OLD I ALSO DIDNT HAVE A DOWN COMFORTER IT WAS SO THIN THE SAME QUALITY OF A SHEET… CARPET NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OR AT THE VERY LEAST A SERIOUS DEEP CLEANING. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, WHO EVER OWNS THIS PLACE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEY SELF!!!!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. The staff were all very friendly. Our stay was just overnight to catch a very early flight home, but it was a pleasant experience.

This building existed when I was a child. It had another name, but it is the same building none the less. Some four decades later, I needed a place to stay while dealing with a family emergency, and the Clarion was close, familiar, and affordable. I didn't expect a luxury stay. I just needed a place to sleep that wasn't a family member's couch. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the place looked, given its age. The beds weren't plush, but they were good enough for a decent night of sleep. Having a balcony was a big plus, if for nothing more than a breath of air without having to go out the front door. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The parking lot needs some work, but it wasn't terrible. For a stay that began with diminished expectations, I was wonderfully surprised at how well my stay went. It isn't a five star hotel, but I would absolutely stay here again if I ever find the need to return to DELCO. I did not have the opportunity to visit the hotel bar, but I definitely will the next time I stay here. A solid value and a comfortable stay during a difficult time. Still needs some work, but a great deal overall.

This property was rated a 4-star, but nowhere near it. Extremely old property. More like a motel. Some guests are living there and place bags of trash in the hallway. Wife and kids saw plenty of bugs. Any repairs that the hotel made were half-ass and incomplete. You can see patched drywall throughout the property. Lastly, the smell is just old. Never again

After a rash of delayed flights in Philadelphia, the hotel got unexpectedly slammed. Let me say, the staff working the evening of Sunday June 25 were completely outstanding and stellar in every aspect of their performance. Kim especially was amazingly helpful. Absolutely would stay here again the next time I am in Philly.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The airport shuttle never picked me up. The front desk staff when I arrived were threatening to quit, there weren’t enough rooms available for the people who had booked rooms, and one customer actually went to his room which was already occupied and had to come back downstairs to tell them. When I got to my room, the sheets and pillows were on the floor. I knew that they didn’t have any other room to give me so I just asked for new sheets, which they gave me, but I still slept without a comforter. The next morning I had to fight with management for them to comp my breakfast. Never again.

They triple charged me twice on one card and once on another and have yet to call me about a refund or anything. They "promised to call me back in an hour two" days ago. The rooms were dirty I wiped down everything with my own sanitizing cloths and not impressed had to clean the tub myself. The beds were short sheeted. I checked out after 1 day! Was everything satisfactory? In a word NO

Our connecting flight from Philadelphia to Phoenix was cancelled leaving us stranded for the night -- the pictures of your hotel are very misleading. The beds were horrible, there was leftover trash in the room, the sink had freshly poured soda in them and there was an odor of mildew. I am mortified that you charges me $195.00 for a property that ranks lower than a Motel 6 . I reported the problems to the front desk but was treated very rudely..

5 days no housekeeping service. even after i requested service and they told me i could only get service after days i waited and still got no service, some of the staff was rude and condescending. i prepaid and they asked for my card placed a hold on my card for 100.00 its been over 2 weeks since i checked, out the hold is still on my card. worst hotel experience ever.

Front desk staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel is in very poor condition, from the lobby area, stairwells and rooms. Bathroom toilet had urine stains on it. Carpet had many stains as well, The bed mattress was incredibly old and uncomfortable. If I had a car, I would have slept in it.
I only stayed here because it was convenient to the airport for my early Sunday morning flight. There are much better choices in the area. Never again.

First two rooms they attempted to put me in were not cleaned from the last customers. Third attempt at a clean room was successful, but AC was super loud, carpet was more stained than any other hotel I've stayed at, towels were frayed from over use, dirt and grime everywhere. The only thing that bumped my rating up a bit was the front desk tried to rectify, but there was obviously a severe communication problem within this hotel. Also, the parking lot was scary, full of vehicles paying by the month. Just an overall bad deal, couldn't wait to leave.

Pretty sure there was blood stains on carpet ....dust and crap filled up in ac unit, cob webbs in corner of rooms, toilet seat broken, wall paper peeling off..only good thing about this place was elevators..would never stay here again

It was fine for what it was. It's old, it's dirty, staff isn't very friendly, our first room the AC wasn't working properly and it started to smell like the room was filling with smoke from the motor burning or something... LUCKILY we got another room and the AC worked.

False advertising! The facility looked beautiful online however they are under renovations and nothing with the exception of the restaurant was accurate. There were bugs in the room, everything was a complete mess and the ground’s horrible. I seriously contemplated staying with family. The pool was nonexistent as it was covered or surrounded by 3 foot tall grass and weeds. This was a 1/10
