The lady at the front desk was really friendly, but the room was not clean. The sheets had small stains on it and on the pillows. And the towels had hair in it and one was dirty The bathroom toilet still had tissue in it when we arrived and it was dirty around the bottom. Even though we Lysol everything We ended up not staying because we weren’t comfortable and took that room as a Lost because it was non- refundable.

First arrived, hotel attendant acted like it was a bother to do her job. No smiles, no greet. Once in room, I immediately thought, "Damn, I should of spent the extra $35 and went to Holiday Inn." The room wasn't very clean. Definitely no pride taken in cleanliness. Only 1 plug worked; relieved my daughter had packed an extension chord! I would never stay here again and not recommend anyone.... spend the little extra cash! Wish I would have!
And shame in Wyndham for attaching their name to this Days Inn.

The desk clerk was extremely nice. The room was comfortable and spacious. The area was quiet and near plenty of places to eat.

It was a convenient place to stop. Very close to the interstate and dining options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but obviously needed some detailing and trim improvements, but nothing that affected my stay. Bed was comfortable (my main concern).

Lorecia is professional yet extremely personable. She understood my mobility issues and worked very hard put me in a room that I could access easily even with my restrictions. I will stay again because of her. The rooms are clean but showing their age.

An older property what was fairly well maintained in a sloppy manner. Paint spatters on floor, no toilet paper roller (toilet paper constantly falling on floor), underlying musty smell.
We choose this property for price first then convenience to our activities. We stayed 2 nights.
We got about what we expected. Easy check-in and out, No bugs, decent breakfast.
Plusses: an quiet stay, room serviced with clean towels and bed made.

Shuttle driver, Eugene was on on time and helped me because of my disability. The general manager, Towanna was vet helpful and made sure I got the kind of room I asked for. The employee from Greenville, gave me very explicit directions on how to get to Greenville. Everything worked in the room, the tv and the remote worked. The telephone worked. Wi-Fi stayed up consistently. The air conditioning although a little loud worked. I was able to order a decent meal through Door Dash. Finally, the bed wa clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stop on our way home, economical since we needed 2 rooms and they were conscientious to put us next to each other. Very good breakfast, lots of choices and everyone was full and happy. Very pleased with our choice.

Friendly check in clerk, she made sure we had what we needed. There was a cigarette burn on the bed spread, she gave us a new one to replace it. Plenty of extra towels too.
The property had some areas that needs work. The swimming pool had some issues but there was a guy working on it. He was making his best effort to get it in order. We didn’t get to swim due to time and the heat index was in triple digits. The pool water was warm. Overall our stay was comfortable. The air conditioner in our room would freeze us We had to adjust it a few times. Lol The breakfast was excellent. One of the best breakfasts with plenty of choices.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly everything was clean. The hotel is a bit older, but it has been remodeled, and all the fixtures and amenities seemed new.

great shower, big pillows, clean room, ac was loud which is good....knobs had issues but was cool when we came in.
all amenities needed (refrig/micro) etc.
no safe but no big deal.
only issue was paint splatters on carpet and bad painted walls....lol
Lobby cookies were great...didn't make it to breakfast.

There was a note on the counter about being short on help and all rooms may not avaliable. Told we got the last available room at 9pm. Well when we got to our room you could tell the bed was made but not washed. There was hair and dirt in bed. So late and so tired just grabbed blankets out of our car and slept with them. Never did I expect this from a Wyndham property and $90 a night. Looked equal to a $35 a night hotel. People yelling f%^k you at each other right outside our room. Avoid this place like the plague.

The lobby in the dining area were the best part of the whole hotel! The hotel itself was a normal dated facility. Nothing special! It was well worth the money, and we were quite pleased!

We had an enjoyable stay. The first room we had was not cooling so the receptionist moved us to another room. It was very cool. Thanks to her!!!! The only thing was the bed was a little too hard but that can be contributed to my own personal taste. Great breakfast!!

The only issue I had was with my credit card. Even thiugh the computer system confirmed me reservation, my credit card was rejected. The clerk was real supporting, making multiple phone calls, trying to resolve the problem. The only solution was to use a different card. I want to thank the night clerk for all her hhelp.

The night shift clerk was very pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and nice. The staff was helpful with any request I made whether it was a towel or garbage bags. Very good experience.

So disappointed in this stay. Check in was warm & friendly. They followed with a call about the room, which was appreciated. I shared that the room smelled like cigarettes. They apologized & stated ”that was odd because it is clearly a non-smoking room.” The room was in overall very poor condition & had we not been exhausted from traveling, may have foregone the non-refundable room and gone elsewhere. Later, we found a pile of cigarette ash in the floor beside the bed and smoke or mold on the ceiling. Very unusual conditions compared to other stays at Days Inn locations.
I am usually very happy with rooms booked through Hotels.com, but this experience was discouraging.

It was a decent hotel room, there weren’t any anomalies or anything strange. It did take a while for my room to be cleaned out, though. And I stayed for about five days.

Close to various highways, airport, dining and shopping. I didn't like that the sink stopper was stuck and we reported it twice and no one came to fix it. There were also roaches in my room.
