The guy at the reception desk was great. Room os very clean. There’s just a water leak by the window in the bathroom. We didn’t complain about it as we were only there to sleep for one night. Breakfast was okay, same breakfast you will see in most places. Just happy we have breakfast, can’t complain there. Area was close to shoping and restaurants. Short diatance to Fresh Market, TJ Maxx, Walgreens etc.

I have no complaints! We arrived kind of late and the man at the desk was very welcoming and helpful even late at night. Gave me a full run down of everything I could use & made sure I knew how to get to my room. Even gave me a map and drew on it for me! It’s the little things that matter most.. he was super kind I wish I had gotten his name! We were going in a cruise and this was just a one night stay. They do offer cruise transfer for $10 per person. This is useful for A large group. I recommend uber/Lyft for small would because it was only $15 for my family of 4. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed for 3 days and 4 nights. Upon check in, I found the front desk person to be very professional and efficient.
The room was as described. It was clean and neat, as was the bathroom. The surroundings were clean and well kept.
I like that breakfast was provided as part of the package. I must give special mention to Ms. Linda, who worked the kitchen. She was very pleasant and helpful. She actually made me feel like it was her pleasure to help the guests with preparing their meals and she kept the little dining room in tip top shape.
There was ample parking. I am not sure if the parking lot ever gets full because I went in the off season.
My only complaint was with the internet connection. It was a bit spotty at times and I had to go to the front desk to get help with connecting. It was a different front desk person who I saw and she was able to help me get connected,
Overall, I had a good experience and if I am ever in that area again I will definitely stay at this location.
