Our room was huge. I booked a room with what I thought was Jacuzzi Bathtub that was right there next to the bed, was just a very huge 2 person sitting tub. It was a pretty great tub for not being a jacuzzi tub. It filled quickly and kept the warmth of the water. The bathroom was almost as big as the room itself with 2 sinks and a shower that could hold 4 people. Our room was tge first one on the 36th floor, thinking that was convenient to be so close to the elevator only to be woken up from the noise made by said elevator constantly going up and down. It wasn't too bad. Over all our stay in the Deluxe Room was very nice.

The room was clean as was the bathroom. I had a great view as I was in a corner room. It was quiet and the folks at registration were more than helpful. Easy to check out as well. I did it from my room and then just popped in downstairs to get my receipt. Everything was lovely.

The hotel stunk and the rooms stunk. Did vallet parking but was not aware of having a $10 charge for not being a diamond vip. Got a smoking room but thought I booked non smoking since it makes me sick. The elevators quit working. Very confusing to get to self parking

Met family for a few nights. Hotel was nice. Check in was a breeze, easy parking. Room was nice. Bed is a little hard so not super comfortable, which, after walking and standing all day, would’ve been nice to have a little more comfortable bed. Hotel was quiet, but it’s weird that many restaurants and the cafes close at like 9, and then many aren’t even open Tues. -Thurs. It was nice having three different casinos all connected. We’re not much for gambling, so we spent more time in the Circus Arcade area. The Silver Legacy is nice. Pretty quiet, and worth the pricing.

Our stay was decent. The hotel was nice. Like everything else, it was expensive to eat at the hotel or anywhere else nearby. It is sad how much Reno has died. Without The Row, downtown Reno would be a ghost town.

Huge hotel and only 2 elevators were working! Horrible!! Everything else was good. Long waiting time to get an empty elevator, they were super packed. Some people were saying they would wait for at least 20 mins.

it was a couples retreat kinda trip for us making dinner reservations was great gym fit what we needed, appreciate the helpfulness of casino boss and dealer when our friend made a silly mistake at pai gow table. (i didn’t explain game better to her) happy that we enjoyed time with friends and a place to interact with each other

The self check in experience is frustrating, a lot of the elevators weren’t functioning so there were long waits, the hot tub in the pool area is shut down. On the plus side the heated pool was nice, there are a lot of restaurants on the property, and the room attendants do a good job. The pillows are horrible though and the sheets are stained.

Good stay, however, when trying to leave on Sunday, only 2 elevators working to our floors, no stair access to lobby level, had to wait 45 minutes for an elevator and then had to ride one up from the 6th floor to get back down to lobby due to high volume of guests exiting

I was first put into a room that was still occupied and then asked a ton of questions when I went back down to the front desk like they didn’t believe me. The rooms are clean enough, but the hallways are very dark and I felt unsafe as a solo female traveler.

The slot machines were stingy. My room had stains on the bedsheets and two of the three pillows. The fee to stay an extra night was higher than in Vegas. Casino was relatively nice but the ventilation system doesn’t do a great job of filtering all the cigarette smoke out so it felt very smoky. The restaurants were good. Service was good everywhere we went (besides Rent A Car). Would I go and stay again? Doubtful but wouldn’t rule it out.

The hotel was great as always however, I feel the customer service has gone down a lot in the last year. There was only one person behind the counter at check-in. They have put in kiosks instead of people to help you. It was very very long to wait to talk to anyone. They also used to let you have a late check out if needed but now they are charging you if you want to stay an extra hour.

Always a good experience when staying here. The kids love the view from the higher floors and easy access to the arcade at circus circus. The room are always clean and I don't need worry about my kids finding something they shouldn't. The check in is easy as can be and the employee's are always friendly. Everytime we ask for a higher floor they are more then willing to help. This is our go-to place when staying in Reno.

The room was big for the junior suite but the room was hot even after turning the temp all the way down. Also the beds did not have fitted sheets which I did not like. So the sheet that was on the bed kept coming up and you’d touch the actual mattress.

The stay was as expected from the pictures. I'm always apprehensive about the casino hotels and considering Silver Legacy has been around since I was a teenager, I was worried if it would be run down. Luckily, I didn't have any problems. The room was as expected and relatively comfortable and clean. The check-in counter is all modernized now so they prefer you to use the kiosk to check-in/check-out. They did have folks on standby to help with the process. I'd recommend staying here. BTW, I was on floor 22. I can't vouch for other floors since I know they sometimes do rolling renovations.

We usually love staying at silver legacy. But this time was a little bad. First elevators are slow are didn’t work, the escalators did work. We didn’t go to room until midnight and the smoke detector beeped all night long.
