Wife and I were there from Texas for our 50th high school reunion. Usual Hampton comfort and service. The hotel is an older building so looking a little dated with some noticeable wear and tear in the room. Great location, great room view with private balcony overlooking Mobile Bay. Overall a very nice stay.

Very convenient location. Nice staff. Room was decent in size. Updates are needed. Stayed fir the weekend and my room was never touched. No one entered to empty trash, replenish towels, soap, or to just check and service the room. When asked why, I was told i needed to request the services because they were still operating on Covid protocols. Disappointed because this wasn't communicated and neither is it posted during booking.

Great location for a short stay. Room was comfortable and had a view of the Bay that I enjoyed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was as expected for a free continental. I would recommend this hotel

Room and the staff were great. The breakfast was fantastic probably one of the best we've had at a hotel. The mattress was a little hard for me, but my family said that it felt fine. The bathroom has the bottle shampoo and bodywash attached to the shower wall which we really liked.

Very clean room and lobby. My room was not ready on time but they were able to put me in another room with a view of the bay which is what I wanted originally so I was very pleased with my stay.

I liked the extras like dispensers in the shower, the height of the shower head, & the surround lighting of the mirror. The view was spectacular! The staff was very friendly.

Everything was great except the tv didn’t work think remote was bad and the mechanical stuff was terrible noise. It sounded like there was a bad fan or something in walls

Difficult check in. “You used a third party.” Couldn’t find our “phantom” credit card number??? Room was tired and not particularly clean. Bathroom had a folded towel that was not clean with what appeared to be feces down the middle. It took to attempts to get it replaced and never so much as apology.

I have stayed here several times. Staff is always friendly and room is always clean. I had a lovely view of Mobile Bay. It is a busy area and there are plenty if options for dining nearby. Slept great

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was in a good spot for where I was working. There's a very cool set of trails and wildlife pretty much right on the property which was a highlight of my visit.

A couple of things to say; the room wasn’t clean at all, they did not even replenish the soap - it wasn’t full and it finished during the shower. The floor was so dirt that I couldn’t walk without shoes on. The breakfast was ok for the most part, only the coffee wasn’t too hot, the ice machine was out of order. The location was good for what I was doing. This was my 3rd time in this place and I believe was my last. Overall I thing it was too many small things to give them a good rate review.

Easy location for freeway access, our room was on the backside of the building which made the interstate noisy, room in need of update with furnishing and decor, mattress was hard, great breakfast though

For as cheap as it was, the bed was very comfortable. Only luke warm water in the shower even though the sink faucet had very hot water.

Due to traffic problems and some serious issues, we arrived after midnight exhausted and depleted. We were welcomed and assisted and made very comfortable. We awoke rested and ready to start again. Lovely people.
