First they did not have the correct number of nights I selected on the app, then they tried to switch my room from the handicapped room, which I DID not request. Then they had to charge my card for the second nights stay which I could not get app credit for. Then the gave me the key to a room that already had someone staying in the room. When I finally got the room assignment, there was a yapping dog in the room across the hall, it was not taken care of until the residents showed up after 11:30 pm. The next day when I tried to check out I could not get a receipt for both nights stay, especially the Hotels.com reserved room, this is a problem because my credit card bill showed an amount that I did not select when I reserved the room, it was about $50 more than what the app stated the room rate was, including all the fees!

Great stay for night before and after Colorado marathon. I remember when guest got one free adult beverage. Coffee and breakfast was good.

Do not stay here! Paper-thin walls, doors constantly slamming. We happened to make the mistake of coming during an convention with lots of kids, but with being able to hear everything someone is saying in the next room, kids or no kids, this was a no go. Okay customer service when requested a refund, but didn’t accommodate us at all even though we had booked the hotel for a whole week. You would think since we booked the room for a week, the guest services would have tried to help us a little more and made up for the major inconvenience. Saw a lot of bad reviews after booking this, so don’t trust the high star ratings through the Hotels.com app. Looks like they aren’t being honest with the reviews. Choose anywhere else but the 9 Motel across the street as well, we saw a corpse wheeled out on a gurney…maybe stay somewhere on the other side of town actually. Best of luck!

This is a great hotel. Very fair price, and always very clean! I've stayed here multiple times and it never disappointed. The rooms are always very clean, the bathroom in the room is very nice, and they have Dove products in the showers. You can't hear anyone around you. There is a bar in the hotel, and a pool, and hot tub. Pet friendly. It's a great stay!

Only issue was the dove soap dispensers- they had two shampoos and no conditioner- also the body was was empty but we did have a dove soap bar which was nice

Stayed one night on my way thru Colorado, floors and some of the furniture had what looked like pet hair all over them, stayed here a few years ago and wasn’t this way so probably won’t stay here again.

This was worth every cent; I would absolutely stay here again. Seems to have been newly renovated. Quiet. #hack get a room by the elevator, it's an expansive property.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The happy hour was a nice touch, only used it once as I had so many meetings I was not able to get back to hotel between 5-7pm but the one night I did, I had a great bartender. The hotel is a bit dated but the staff makes sure it is clean. I loved the price and the bed was comfortable I could not complain, and the hotel breakfast was great, lots of choices. I would stay there again.

Shaunice!!! Give this girl a raise. We had 15 rooms booked for a school event and she was amazing in helping to arrange the rooms. All of the staff was great including Collin at the bar he had great recommendations for around town and was fun to chat with.

Very good experience. Check in was fast and friendly. Hotel a little older with visible wear and tear. The room itself was clean and quiet. Definitely not the nicest La Quinta I’ve stayed at, but great value for price paid. Definitely recommend.

How in the world this property is rated so high, I have no clue. Loud everywhere. Sketchy back parking lot to walk the dog. Lots of vaping and THC smells in the hallway. Stains in the tub. Peeling wall paper. I found hairs in the sheets. Gross. The AC worked and the towels were decent. Would not stay here again

Hotel cut cable service in the middle of the NCAA basketball tournament. Clerk said they were att3empting to upgrade service, but at 7 pm in the evening?
As for condition, the shower install was poorly done. Water leak onto the rest of the bathroom. Carpet throughout hotel was well past age for renewal. Staff was business like, but not friendly.

Hotel had difficulty maintaining electricity. Lost power for over half an hour during the NCAA games. I called the front desk and the clerk said they were working on upgrading the cable. At 7:30 PM?
The shower installation was very poor and water leaked onto the rest of the bath floor.
Most of the hotel needs a good upgrade. Carpet tied and stained. Staff not the most friendly. Business like but not the warm sense received at most hotels.

The receiptionist that was on looked like she had to be there but didn’t want to be. The toilet didn’t flush, once I let the front desk no they got on it pretty fast. The hand basin water took a long time to go down the drain and the pillows were terrible to sleep on

The hotel was nice and our room was comfortable. However, we missed breakfast because we were told the wrong breakfast times during check in and, when we told the front desk, no remedy was offered. Also, the room seemed clean but the shower had hair on the walls in multiple places.

After reading complaint reviews, I was concerned. But, my experience was completely different. My choice was made on advice of local resident members of my family. My visit was for 3 nights with two daughters. Very convenient from DIA, good staff, very clean, good internet speed, good temperature control, comfortable beds, first class towels, no trouble with hot water, very quiet, and super breakfast with boiled and scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, fresh waffles, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, country fried potatoes, tortillas, orange juice, coffee.
I did not use large beautiful swimming pool, exercise gym, or television. Restaurants, Costco, Walmart, very convenient.

A coworker and I spent the night here on our way to a job. The staff member at the front desk was friendly and professional and got us checked in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed (mini fridge, television, toiletries, accessible outlets for charging our phones). My friend used the workout room and said it was clean and had a good variety of equipment. I would stay here again.

Check-in staff consisted of two very rude young ladies. The one checking us in acted like she was too busy sipping her latte to check us in. She then said the king room I booked wasn't available so she put us in a queen and it wasn't refundable so l had no choice. She said she was doing it for the same price so l'll be fine. What? A cheaper room for the same price as the one I booked? Like she was doing me a favor. I should've refused but was exhausted. To make matters worse, it was at the top of the stairs with kids running and screaming until very late. Our window was tiny and all we could see was the gravel on the roof. Had to be the worst room in the hotel. The other check-in gal didn't even get out of her seat leaning on her hand while checking in a very nice lady. All she did was grunt and say three word sentences to the guest. The room was clean but warm.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The gal at the front desk was friendly and the price was reasonable. I especially liked that the room was decorated nicely with real art on the walls and a subtle wallpaper that resembled tree branches when the sun shone on it in the morning. Altogether a great experience. My only comment would be that the microwave was slow to heat water, but that wasn’t a big deal. I like tea, and that’s hard to find most places so I usually make it myself.

Overall the stay was good but not great. I have experienced 2 things that I did not like.
1) My Television hasn’t worked all morning! I called the front desk to complain and they said the internet is out, so not TV! That is not okay.
2) someone spilled a bag of chips on the stairs last night (no problem usual guest mess) but no one from the hotel cleaned it up! I walked past that mess at least 10 times going to the pool, moving my stuff into my room and going to dinner. People just kept stepping on those chips and smashing them into the carpet and spreading the mess. It gave me the perception of a dirty/ poorly maintained hotel. That is not what I expected from here. I do my homework before booking a hotel and cleanliness is at the top of my list. This was disappointing. I also picked out a lot of pieces of paper floating in the pool. Just basic maintenance issues. I was recently staying at the Cambria across town and that hotel was spotless.

I have stayed here multiple times. Always a great experience. However, the past 2 nights I have stayed here I have been woken up to different cleaning ladies coming in to my room (with the do not disturb sign on the door). 1st lady knocked once and before I could even get up out of bed she opened the door to my room. The 2nd lady opened the door after I said “were still in here, im changing” and thankfully we had the top door lock on so she could only open the door a little bit. The 3rd lady knocked while I was in the bathroom and when I peeped in the peep hole to see who It was she rolled her eyes and walked away as if me still being in the room was a huge inconvenience. Ive stayed at this hotel for years many many times. But this situation was so frustrating. This all happened between 8am to 10:30am. Check out is 11am. I don’t understand why they need to keep coming by when it says do not disturb as well as why do they open the door every time? I always leave a tip for the cleaning ladies but this experience was so frustrating as I was scared to even change in my room thinking they were going to continue opening the door.

Checked in and lady and front desk ran my card 3 times. I asked her why and she informed internet kept kicking her out. Looked at my bank card when we checked out and was charged 2. Called and spoke to manager next day she said it will take 5-7 days for refund. Manager didn’t apologize or anything. The room seemed cleaned but when went to plug in phone charger there was a condom wrapper on the side of the bed. We will not be staying here again.

Staff basically checked us in and didn’t give us any detail on room, meals, easiest doors to get in closer to room. When confronted about a strange man that came and knocked on our vehicle window when parking staff wasn’t concerned at all. Fight in the room next to us at midnight continued until 0230. Hollering in the hall, doors banging and slamming, food thrown all over the hallway. Front desk was called by numerous guest and nothing was done. No sleep was had with a 15 hour drive in front of us.
