Huge hotel, big clean rooms, clean pool and jacuzzi. Free breakfast although they close too early(9am). Right down the road from spokane valley mall and a ton of stores nearby. Overall 10/10 for us

Our stay was great, as always. Although the room was clean and the bathroom sparkling, the carpet had seen better days and needed shampooed or replaced. That is the only reason for a four star instead of a five. Service and the breakfast here are stellar.

Super quiet hotel with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was sit down and made to order from a specific menu for guests. It was delicious as well. We would definitely stay here again as it is close to the highway and the mall. Front desk and restaurant staff were really great as well.

Great stay at the Mirabeau Park. Rooms are comfortable the hotel is pet friendly, (a big plus) and the amenities are wonderful. Really good food. Thank you Mirabeau.

Stayed here before and it was great. This time it took around 45 minutes to get checked in. And there one just one person in front of me. One person working the front counter. Then their machine went down and they could not give you the room keys. They let me in my room but I could not leave since I had no key. Then at 7:00 in the morning they started working on the roof above my room It was shaking the whole room. I went into the hall way and a maintenance employee was walking down the hall. I got his attention and asked him about the noise. He walked down to where my room was and he could not believe the noise. He noted how bad that was especially on a Sunday morning. I had been up for 24 hours and just wanted a good night sleep. Not here. Not sure I would go back.

We liked the staff at the lounge. Although the décor was a little dated, music was good and attitudes were great. As far as our room clean, neat and tidy. All except for the a c, which was very loud hard to sleep.

The manager was kind and on task after being turned away three times for check-in. Breakfast was excellent but limited in options. Beds were simple but average in comfort. The room was old and outdated.

Beautiful hotel!! Our guys was out there for a couple nights for work and had nothing but amazing things to say.. We are always traveling and stay in many many hotels. Mirabeau Park Hotel, is definitely in the top 5 hotels to stay in Spokane Valley

Room key lock battery went dead. Had to go to desk to fix back to room and still unfixed. Spoke to very very nice maid that helped me to bring someone to the room, but still waited several minutes for someone to show. No one at this time was available in maintenance to fix. Left unable to leave my room or locked out again. Next day was to be fixed and still hadn't been fixed. Had to flag down a maintenance tech myself that was randomly in the hallway to fix. Very unsatisfied with the follow through of service.

Although I gave one category a slightly less than excellent rating, it was only because I thought the room would be made up if I didn't put the 'do not disturb' sign out. On hindsight, I believe now that it was an eco-friendly move on their part, and I gave them an excellent rating in that category. We always choose to stay at Mirabeau Park when in Spokane Valley and will continue to do so. It's clean, friendly, and they accommodate our dog who happens to be a very clean, well mannered (trained), and quiet companion. They provide plenty of room to potty a dog, bags and a dispenser. Most owners seem to pick up after their dogs.....but of course there is always a spoiler. Wonderful place to stay!

I ended up checking out earlier than scheduled due to bed bugs! And two days later my legs and arms are covered with bites! A total of 5 were identified

Wow!! Very impressed for the price. I would have expected this to be higher priced. Great value. And then when you factor in the free breakfast, it really made it a great value. The breakfast was awesome, the servers were friendly, and the room was spacious.
