Close to the highway, easy off and on. Clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Parking lot was well lit. Needs some updating!

Great stay! Great price! Fast and easy check in. Kind attendant. Room was very clean, Bed and pillows very comfortable. Hot water for shower. Room temp perfect. There was even a night light in the bathroom!
Breakfast was acceptable. Easy off and back on the highway.
Will definitely make this our stop when traveling to and from our north and south homes.

Hospitality was excellent! My room was such stale smoke it made it difficult to breathe. It was awful! Reminded me of the old smoking bars where you feel nauseous and get a sore throat! Im a ex smoker and it was bad. Also im a 65 yr old woman traveling by myself and im put with the men workers in the back behind the bldg. Breakfast was so limited and water was 50 cents!

I’ve stayed many times. They are always customer friendly. The Reims are clean and comfortable. This is one of my favorite hotel in Byron GA.

Check in was unpleasant. Night attendant was very unfriendly. We had been assured by a manager several days before our arrival that we would have a room with a walk- in shower. Upon arrival at 10 pm the night attendant said that room was not available. When I told her we had been assured of having the handicap room she became very loud and unapologetic. Even when I tried to settle her down she continued being almost combative. She should be briefed on how to handle a customer with a valid complaint. Otherwise or stay was fine. My handicaped wife just waited until we got home to take a shower.

This property is well past its prime. They say all rooms are no smoking but someone smoked in our room and our neighbors were definitely smoking in theirs. The shower tub was worn with plenty of moldy caulk. Curly little hairs on the floor.
Front office staff were really nice.
Free breakfast was worth every penny we paid. The only health option was Raisin Bran. Only hot options were instant oatmeal and toaster waffles.
In comparison, the price was great.

The towels in the room were absolutely filthy. I exchanged them at the front desk for less filthy. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. I felt very dirty staying there and would have left if I wasn’t completely exhausted from traveling. After I exchanged the towels I found there was no toilet paper… zero…zilch and no tissue. Called down and the said they’d bring it right up. After 10 minutes I went down to get some and was told ‘my guy never came to bring it up’. I guess there was only one ‘guy’ working there?? I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bathroom was mildewed all over the ceiling and all the grout in the bathtub/tub walls. The sink faucet was barely attached. The A/C unit was ancient, LOUD, and clunked between each cooling phase, so we got NO sleep. The continental breakfast was basically cereal, bananas & tiny packaged coffee rolls. We've stayed at several Days Inn locations and this was by far the worst. The only good part was the mattress was comfortable. Will not stay here again. $80 was way too much for the dingy room conditions.

Wasn’t looking for something with all the frills. Was greeted by the woman working alone. She was very friendly. On our vacation we ran into rooms completely smelling of either cigarettes or very perfumey. We asked if we could check room out ahead of time and she was very accommodating. Bed was comfortable room seemed to have been updated and was clean. Bathroom was okay but behind the door could have been a little cleaner.

We stopped overnight while on a trip to Florida. It was nothing fancy, but it suited our needs.

Was very upset when we got kicked out of our room in middle of night and took for ever with a crying child for someone to unlock our door. There needs to be a master regular key on site at all times.

The pictures for this property need to be updated, I almost thought we had pulled up to the wrong hotel! The exterior is a dark gray, not tan. The lobby and the room we stayed in had also been renovated and don't match up to the photos. I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades. The room was clean and pleasing to the eye. The bespd was also comfortable. Great for a two night stay and close enough to Macon for a day trip. The only downside was the pool is no longer open annd there aren't mantpy mom and pop restaurants in the area.

Janice at the front desk was friendly, efficient and made us feel welcome from the second we walked in. Property is a bit outdated, but the bed was comfy and clean, and a/c worked great.
Exactly what we needed after 11 hours on the road driving through heavy rain. Didn't appear to be much of a breakfast, but we weren't hungry anyway

Needed a clean, safe comfortable and reasonably priced place to sleep while visiting family in the area. This was it for us. Check in lady was great - told her I had recently had hip surgery and she gave us a lower floor room with parking right out front! Coffee, fruit & pastry was good in am. Will stay here the next time we visit family in Byron, Ga.

Nice place to stay on trip to Fla. Dogs were allowed and plenty of green space to walk them. Room was clean and did not smell like previous pets. Typically this occurs when room is not given a good cleaning between guests

No heat or air. House keeping came into the room while we were at breakfast. My daughter had to brush her teeth after breakfast and went back to the room and the house keeping guy was rude to her. He pissed me off and is lucky to be able to walk, I will never stay here again.

we checked in late ..they put me in a handicap access room which was everything but. You couldn't access the bathroom if you were handicap because the bed blocks the door where you have to pull the door hard to get it past the mattress. The bathroom curtain was broken and the curtain and metal rod fell on my 6 yr old grandson. We were just sleeping there and leaving early to get back home. I wouldn't recommend this place. The only thing I felt was nice there was the staff. The night staff felt concerned for my safety and kept me close to the office for my stay.

Janice, working the night desk tried to refuse us a room after I suggested she take care of customers before taking repeated, long phone calls while customers stand waiting. Management doesn’t care. Avoid, better hotels at same exit.

Very Very disappointed!! Killer 2 roaches in room. One was in refrigerator, alive. Toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. 2 brown spots on seat. I bring disinfect cleaner with and when i sprayed seat the spots started to run and came off when wiped. Floor was nasty. From the glare of the bathroom light you could see it wasn't very clean but when i spilled some water from sink on the floor and wiped it up the wash cloth was brown from filth.
The only good thing i can say is the beds were comfortable. Have stayed here 3 to 4 times but will not come back. This WAS going to be our stopping point coming home from Florida. Now we will find another place. When i told front desk personnel how the room was he acted so surprised in a fake kind of way.

I thought it was clean, after readiing some reviews i thought it would be a nightmare, but it was clean, bed was very comfortable , no bugs, clean bathroom and overall good enough that i felt comfortable to sleep there, and im very fussy.

Quite property, but need to work on housekeeping. First room they gave us had furballs and pet hair on floor. Changed to another room, mirrors streaky and unclean.
