Toilet did not flush properly. Towel bar falling of the wall, couldn't control room temperature. Bed/night stand top was dirty. Charged extra for small dog that woul It was just a poor place to stay, and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Saw dust on furniture. Dec 2 (check-out at 11AM), had to go to reception to activate key/card about 10 minutes before check-out.

My experience was terrible. The common room was double booked. The TV did not work. The heater for the room did not work properly. When I tried to cancel my second night with more than 24 hours notice they did not honour that request. The room was not used for a full day reservation was re- sold and I still received a bill.

Very nice place. Great breakfast. Joanne that works overnight on weekends cannot say enough good things about her. Very welcoming. Other hotel cancelled us she worked with hotels.com to rectify sitiation. She also kept eye on our motorcycles overnight during her shift. Just a lovely lady.

We rented 3 rooms stay for our business meeting and the room we were staying we had to gather up meeting at the room so we remove a small table for as to write note and drink glass water, the next we were in the hurry meeting up with the client he had to leave early soon we left the hotel about 20 min he call home to come back to put the table back if we don’t he charge us 250$ But I can’t turn back I was already on the HWY. Going to have a meeting and I’m running late! This is horrible hotel that I have ever book charge me extra $250 for no reason I want my money back why they charge me extra $250 for damage of not remove the table back. They even frame us we took towel all 3 rooms when my client and I were using and it dirty so we nice enough to bring it outside the cleaning station and drop it on the cart for them and they frame us stole the towel this is very bad hotel all they want to make money and scam

Location is great. Close to take out and grocery stores and also big box stores. 5 min into main street town. Outdoor property is nice and was equipped with picnic tables and bbq and gazebos. Grass area was well maintained as we had our dog with us for the stay. Room and accommodations overall was comfortable and had everything we needed for a cozy 1 night stay. The only thing we noticed was the toilet was a bit wobbly.

Our stay at Comfort Inn, Midland was great. It’s Manager provided a room to us on ground floor at last minute so that we could accommodate out pet dog also. Our second room, located at first floor was superb. But the carpet of the ground floor room was not properly vacuumed and had a slight odour. Overall it was a very good experience.

The door to our room wouldn't close and lock properly, the side door was never locked while I was at the hotel and the toilet had "issues". I was told a price and then charged more

It was good. We liked being on the main floor with a patio door our to the picnic area as we had our dog. Picnic area has covered tables and an BBQ to use. Our TV didn’t work but we survived. The breakfast is excellent. Eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, muffins, cereal, toast, bagels, coffee, juices. Beds were a little firm for our liking. It is dated. Old style air-conditioner that is a bit loud but cools well. I would stay again.

The property is in a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated and could use a refresh but the beds were comfortable and provided everything needed.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a small table under the sink. It was very dirty underneath. There was a horid little hair dryer sitting there I had to clean it with wipes. The wipes were brown with dirt. There was no elevator and our room was on the second floor. We are in our 70's and weren't happy about carrying our luggage upstairs. It is not wheelchair accessible.

I always love coming to you. The rooms are always very clean, the beds lovely. But things look a little tired now. Perhaps it might be nice to keep the window sill of the office clear if debris. It’s right at the front door. Also, the bathtubs are tired but it’s a detail. My parents are 88 and 91 and it was difficult for them to take a shower without something for their feet to grip. Other than that, still prefer to be at your place.
