Overall this is a great place to stay. I did not give it 5-Stars because the water pressure was a little low in the shower and the water fountain had a flashing light to change the filter on it the entire time I was there. Did not drink that water. Otherwise everyone was super friendly, the bar was nice, the room was clean, and room service did what they needed to do. I would stay again.

I booked a suite and paid for a suite but was given a regular room. Was told it’s in your end not the hotels end .

Love it only thing was the tv internet wasn't working

Staff was friendly. Water pressure in shower was horrible. Asked to have facial tissue replenished and that never happened. Breakfast was awful: gummy, crusty oatmeal and then charged a lot. Water for hot tea tasted like it came from a used coffee urn.

Beautiful lobby and newly renovated.

We had 5 couples reserve a room for a local Christmas party so that we could come back afterwards and hang out at the restaurant/bar or pool. When we got back we were informed both were closed due to construction although no prior notice was given. Also on a side note the toilet seat in the bathroom was broken it was not even attached

Beautifully renovated hotel, bus from Boston or NYC stops right in front. Very comfortable rooms, great fitness center and nice continental breakfast. Easy to drive to, right off 495.

It was a great experience for me to walk in the room and to be able to breathe clean air, because most of the hotels even when they are non smoking, still smell like it. This was not the case. Everything is clean and neat, and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Where do I possibly begin I guess I'll go with pros and cons.
Pros- front staff were very nice....that's it for the pros.
Cons-everything else.
We came across this hotel because our original canceled almost last minute and based on the reviews I thought this would be an advantageous place to stay, I have never been more wrong in my life.
First of all this hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere there's nothing around so be sure to bring any food or snacks with you before you check in. Our room had to be changed when we first checked in and they told me it would be at the same cost when I looked online it would have been the same cost anyway but that is just the beginning.
The first thing we noticed was at the hotel was clearly under Renovations and nothing was open this is not a problem but it would have been nice if we were told this beforehand as it may have swayed our decision. When we got on the old rickety elevator the first time a maintenance employee told us good luck with the hot water this is not something an employee of an establishment should be saying to someone. Zero professionalism. As it turns out they were right the first night the water was lukewarm at best which is a serious issue and also had very poor pressure. After having an abysmal shower we then found that you cannot have the coffee pot and the microwave plugged in at the same time as everything was on an extension cord. This is not only inconvenient but also a hazard.

They provided extensive information around best parking options in Boston and places to dine. Appreciated them going extra mile

The hotel is beautiful inside and is still being renovated. Our room was extremely clean as well as the rest of the hotel! Despite the renovations and not having "breakfast" they do go above and beyond in my view by still giving "on the go" options.. fruit cups, juice, coffee, tea, muffins, pastries, fresh fruits and little jimmy dean sandwich's that can be heated up! I think my only complaint would be the water pressure was absolutely terrible! The water was hot and stayed hot but my shower was longer than needed because it takes forever to get wet and rinse because it's literally like sprinkles coming from the shower head! Other than that my stay was amazing!

Annika was delightful. There was a booking error and she was quick to offer an amazing solution, with courtesy and professionalism!

Shower was short on hot water and king bed was a bit saggy in the middle. Otherwise the front desk staff was fabulous and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately we didn’t end up staying at your hotel because we were called about 1-1.5 hours before arriving to let us know that they didn’t have our room available (a suite we had booked at least a month in advance). They did not have any available rooms to accommodate our family and only offered us 2 rooms at full price (no discount or anything). We couldn’t afford to do that and so we cancelled and had to sit on the side of a road to call other locations to find a hotel quickly since we were almost to our location. So overall we were extremely disappointed in this establishment and will never book with them again.

On the website it did not mention this hotel is under complete renovations. I should have read recent reviews because I would have chosen a different place to stay for certain!!! You have to go in through the back. Very sketchy at night. NO hot water. Elevators, only 1 worked. Very very displeased. Room was clean at least.

The rooms were nicely upgraded but no hot water. This hotel should not have been accepting reservations in this phase of construction and also has false advertising of an operating pool and restaurant. Perhaps a discounted room rate during construction and be clear on sites that everything is closed. Free bottled water was nice but not enough to come back any time soon. If you offer free water perhaps replenish it

The room was very good.👌

The staff was fantastic. I wondered why the price was so low relatively close to canobie lake park as well as Salem, MA.. it’s because the whole building is basically a construction site. My shower never got warm for me or my boyfriend at numerous different times. It stayed ice cold for me for like 20 minutes and then got a bit warmer but not warm enough I could stand under it.
2.0
Unique the fact that there was not even a lobby are as the whole place is under construction, you have to enter through the back door which is dark and open with no security, there was not even a bottle of water in the room

We booked here as a suggestion from a convention we were attending. Little did we know the entire property was being renovated yet they were still renting out rooms. Our first room had no water no TV. After multiple requests we were moved to another room but the water pressure was no existing so showering was a huge challenge! Then the entrance to building was by parking in the back of the building with some very unsavory characters loitering in the parking lot at all hours of the day. I could not allow my teenager to even walk outside alone. We were thankful to be in a car that records anyone that walks near the vehicle in case our car was broken into. I would Not stay at this hotel again or at least not while these renovations are occurring.

Although the facility is going through renovations, the completed rooms were very nice, spacious, clean and there was minimal noise (we stayed during the week)! The staff (specifically the front desk attendant- Ursula) was so friendly and accommodating and there was minimal noise (we stayed during the week). It was walking distance to a Cracker Barrell, Dunkin’ Donuts and Gas station! So convenient! 5-10 minutes from UMass Lowell (Tsongas Center). The trip was for 2 nights and we decided to add another day. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!
