Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting LA. This hotel is right on sunset boulevard and is in a super safe and central location. The rooms itself were huge and the bathroom was so nice and big. Beds were super comfortable as well. Pool area was beautiful for some relaxing by the sun. There’s also a good free breakfast offered. Can’t recommend this hotel enough for visitors to LA and I will definitely stay here again!

Charming place on sunset blvd. Close to a lot of things. Only complaint was that the rooms were pretty humid which got old by day three. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly, pool area was very nice!

My first time staying here. It was a plus to check in early! Room was clean and comfy, being considered VIP I was given complimentary bottle of white wine. Free breakfast is a nice perk. I liked the area. Restaurants and bars close by, and a CVS not too far. I would and will stay here again.

I made this reservation for my manager. And it was promised to send the receipt through e-mail. And since last week we've been trying to get it to her expense report.
Several e-mails sent but no answer.
I wouldn't recommend it if you need a receipt. I really don't believe this kind of treatment of one corporate guest. Or maybe they are making something worse, evading taxes.

Pool is very nice. Parking good at a price that’s better than other hotels in the area. Not a luxury hotel but a very good family hotel that felt safe and clean for a competitive price.

Location: Ok near sunset strip.
Room: We had an extra (rollway) bed in our room; it was absolutely horrible - thin mattress with steel springs that almost cut into your body. The bed bottom was so slack your body almost fell through. The room was a a bit worn out, no cutlery in the kitchen section.
Breakfast: Only 9 tables so had to bring the food to our room a couple of times. Processed bacon and scrambled eggs. Plastic cutlery and cardboard plates. No condiments for the bread. Really disappointing.
We had booked a room for three people, when we checked in it was an only prepared for two even though the receptionist knew we were three.

It is hard to beat this price considering the location and what the property offers.
Had issues with some staff members being dismissive of a room situation that happened with my brother and his wife, downgrading them to a worse room when they needed to switch accommodations, but luckily, management stepped up and fixed it, recognizing how the staff didnt deal with it properly.
Overall, a great experience.

The location was perfect and the pool area was beautiful!! The rooms was very spacious and the price was amazing for the location, cleanliness, and roominess!!

We were on 3rd floor. The floors were creaky, room smelt of cheap carpet shampoo, the air con made noise all nigth.
The WC seemd to have been fixed with white cemen plaster from the inside, very weird.
The shower was fixed wall mounted and came to face height

The property is old, our room smelled of smoke. I think the smell is in their old carpet and walls. The hotel is using intense room fragrance infusion in the lobby to cover up the smell, but it is not done in room, so it has strong smell. Bathrooms were cheaply updated. Bedding and towels were old and turned grey from overuse. Pillows smelled. Only one positive is hotel's location.

There was many mixed reviews for this hotel but I have nothing but good things to say about it! The staff was so kind and accommodating. Our room was exactly what we asked for and was better than the pictures. Everything was clean and the bathroom was nice and shower pressure was excellent! We loved the free breakfast every morning. Location is great and we can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed the convenience of the area. The pool and landscape was very pretty. They could update the hallway carpeting. Hotel had an old-school vibe which we really enjoyed.

Beautiful courtyard and pool, small gym, great location, felt safe, newly remodeled bathroom in room, and good parking situation but overpriced parking fee.
Unfortunately when we checked in the trash and items in the refrigerator had been neglected to be taken out in our room from the previous guest. Room wasn’t terrible, it was spacious and had a kitchenette which is hard to find these days, but it needs updating like and smelled musty.
Workers were very nice and quick to act once we notified them of the trash in our room.
Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

I had a very good experience, the staff was friendly, the room large and nice, the whole hotel has a classical look and is well taken care of. My only complaint is I could hear people outside at night, but it was brief enough to not be a problem.

My only wishes would be that there was a locking door on the garage and fewer steps on the first floor or, ramps for we older people.

This property was a pretty great stay overall. 4.5 out of 5 stars. It just had a few small issues such as the full length mirror being inside the bathroom door instead of on the outside in the main room, the toilet roll holder kept falling, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming (but not bad). The EV charging was great (since we have an EV) but every other EV owner never moved their car after charging, which wasn't a problem for us since there was always at least one charger open, but could be on a busier weekend or in the future.
