Best Western Premier Hotel de la Poste & Spa

Great location. Dog was allowed to stay.

Amazing stay here! Super clean and staff were incredibly helpful and kind to this American tourist!

Staff all friendly. Hotel parking off site but very close and clear instructions on how to get there and use. Never had breakfast so can't comment. Room was lovely and air-conditioning worked very well. Decor of old medieval and new worked well.

The breakfast was outstanding, right down to the cloth napkins. Great choice of breads, cheeses, and more conventional breakfast items. There were smoked salmon and specialty meats. There were machines for expressos, and custom prepared coffees. I just wish I had a bigger appetite in the morning! The bed was fantastic: firm but with a soft padding. The staff was professional and took an interest in the customer experience. Nicolas helped me when I checked in. I had a problem with my room. I went back downstairs. And told Nicolas; he immediately offered to switch my room to an identical one above the current one. I was pleasantly surprised to realize that his concern was with my comfort and satisfaction. Also the hostess in the breakfast room was great. She listened to me and made the exact coffee I wanted. And she remembered the next two days without being reminded. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.
