Room poorly painted, lobby looked like a gas station, cheap mattress, uncomfortable, paper thon blankets, had to turn furnace to 80 to keep warm.

No disrespect to the culture of the owners, but they use an air freshener that is not liked by most of the western culture. I, as well as many others will not return to a hotel that has an oder that is not liked. Other than that, the room was just for sleeping so it was a great price for me.

I used to love this hotel, but it seems to be steadily going down hill on my last few stays. Each stay something hasn't worked and it wasn't fixed during my stay. First time it was the A/C, next time it was the refrigerator, this time the TV remote. I wish you all would take the time to make sure everything in the room is in working order before renting it out. I understand that this is a Motel 6 but that doesn't mean that it has to be cheap or poorly kept up. You guys are going to loose good customers, like myself, because of the cutting corners to make money.

Overall better than expected based on other reviews. The room looked updated recently except for the bathroom which looked outdated and somewhat dirty. Didn't bother using the shower. Towels and sheets seemed clean. Sheets were stained in some places and the bed cover was ripped. Room was mostly clean with dirt and crumbs behind furniture. Someone was pushing a grocery cart around at around 2am and woke us up. Felt unsafe but we didn't actually have anything bad happen. Was really our only option for under 21 check-in so it did the job.

Stains on bed. Dirty floors and cabinets and sink. Curtains were broke so it hung down and people could see in. Smelled so bad too. Staff was friendly though.

Well i reserved a kng size bed. Microwave didn’t work. No fridge in the room. Toilet broke and didn't flush

The room was clean and comfortable however the television did not work. Since I got in late, there was no reason to watch TV but this would have been an issue for a longer stay.

The room was nice but the hot water didn't work in the shower all night and had to let it run for almost 15 minutes the next morning to even have it remotely tolerable. It was a horrible experience considering all we wanted to do was take showers that night and couldn't even do that

Horrible and abandoned place, very very dirty rooms with no hot water and blankets, cheapest mattress of the market and probably 10 or 15 years old, dirty sheets and pillows. TV not working properly. Terrible and disgusting.

I did not sleep at all last night, due to 2 reasons: 1: What I assumed to be a pimp and his hooker spent most of the night arguing about her "services" and the appropriate "fees". The on-going argument was loud, obnoxious, and riddled with filthy language, and was accompanied by the occasional loud "boom" of metal striking metal. I was afraid to leave the room in case a gun was used. This was outside my room. 2: Loud traffic noises. The big rigs and construction equipment traveling back and forth on the highway just outside the property never let up, and it was obvious the room I was in (139) was not soundproofed. Also, many of these vehicles, including motorcycles, actually "cut through" the parking lot frequently. Again, did I mention the room was not sound proofed? Inside the room it was filthy, there were no clothes hangers, and I found a small hole in the bathroom wall from the door handle. The bed linens were badly stained and had the occasional cigarette burn mark. To their credit, I found no evidence of bed bugs. I sent an email to you folks at Hotels.com, and was connected to a customer service agent named Darren, who asked me for the booking number. I told him it was part of my printed confirmation, and I would have to go out to my car to retrieve it. When I returned I discovered Darren discontinued our email conversation, stating he could wait only 2 minutes before disconnecting. I shall never use Motel 6 again, and the same for Hotels.com.

They left the light on for us but didn't leave a chair in the room to sit. Only motel I have visited that did not have chair in the room. Very little accommodations...

Property was unable to come up with a serviceable room in 3 tries. First hadn't been cleaned since last tenant. Next two had faulty locks and couldn't be entered. Gave up and didn't stay

One of the young lady's are very rude went and asked for towels because we didn't have any in the room and the lady said I'll bring you some and a hour later still no towels so I called she snapped and said there in the dryer why you couldn't say that at first

It was a nice hotel room. The room was swarming with flies. The shower was cleaned up to neck level. They refused to clean the room. The freezer needed defrosting and i found clothing from previous guest up high.

I did not stay. The first room 228 had roaches. The customer representative gave me another room 203 and that had roaches also. I checked out 12 midnight. I am waiting on my full refund.

It is an older property yhat is being renavated. Everything in my room was brand new exept the fridge microwave and ac they looked rough but worked great

My husband is from the area and we booked 2 rooms for a two night stay to visit family. We areived about 10, easy check in. When we got to the room however i had never seen angthing like it. The bedding was ripped and had huge tears in it. The refrigerator was old and completely rusted over. It reeked of cigarette smoke. The AC unit had no plastic cover. The curtains were completely tore down and wefe broken to ths point they couldnt be fixed. I immediately went for a room change, and the second room was betted but still horrible. There was trash outside the door. Curtains were also broken but functional. There were only 3 pillows, beds were not made from the last tenant. No towels or toiletries. There were dirty socks in the floor, and feces in the toilet. Remote was broken with no batteries. Just a horrible experience. Please please dont make the same mistake we did in booking here!
