Just needed a quick overnight between flights! It was exactly what I expected. Nothing more and nothing less. I would definitely stay here again.

Super clean, a little outdated. The towels were clean but thin, wish they’d provided two per person. One for body, one for hair.
Didn’t discover no shuttle when we needed it at 3am

Clean, comfortable with friendly staff.

The hotel itself is fine. Basic 2 star. Front desk gentleman was nice. It’s close to SeaTac and we used their shuttle. However the pillows are so flat there is no support. Bring your own pillow from home if you can! Unfortunately I got a terrible nights sleep

Employee are friendly and the place is nice and it smell good. Only issue is no microwave but overall is very suitable place to stay.

It is actually quiet although it is close to the airport. I loved the light setting of the room. Very convenient to use, too.

Pillows are flat and hard and mattress just so-so. Clean.

Have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed my stay. This time however, I found out at check in the airport shuttle doesn't begin until 5am. My flight was at 5:30 am so that won't work. A few blocks down the street is a sky bridge that connects to the airport. I asked about that plus the ease of using it at 3am. Not a problem the front desk clerk told me. I checked out at 3am and walked to the skybridge. To my surprise it's all locked up. Found a sign that said it closes at 1am and doesn't reopen until 6am. I ended up walking to the airport. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The only downside is the shuttle service to the airport. The front desk clerk should have been up front and honest with me when I asked about the ease of walking to the skybridge at 3am. I could have scheduled an Uber ride. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! I'll book my flight later than I did so I can utilize the airport shuttle and not have to walk!

Close to SeaTac (like practically in the airport!), clean, quiet and perfect for a short stay to catch an early flight. Dated a bit, but was perfect for what we needed for 2 adults and 2 teens.

Dropped off our bags early in day to go on an outing with family and the woman at the desk was lovely. When we returned at 8 pm to check in, the woman could hardly be bothered to look up and greet us. The shuttle driver couldn’t be bothered to put out the step to get into the van so I practically fell getting out and had to pull myself up and in. Sigh.

All of a sudden charging for parking.

Employees were good. I am always uncomfortable in hotel rooms with carpeting. It just seems gross. Always wear socks or slippers. Room was acceptable for the price.

It was clean and comfortable enough for one night. I was disappointed that the shuttle to the airport doesn’t run until 5am. I had to be at the airport by 4am.

We stayed for a long layover in Seattle. The airport shuttle was great and fast. Check in was a breeze. Nothing too fancy about the room. We used it to get some sleep. The beds were comfortable. pillows were big and fluffy. It was clean.

The hotel stated it had shuttle service to/from the airport but does not indicate that it only provides it during certain hours. Our flight arrived late and we had to get a taxi or Uber. Check in was easy! Room was dated and smelled musty/moldy.

The room was good size. The staff truly great. But the room had mold all around the window. Found a tobacco can under the bed along with rodent waste and trash. Our dog went under the bed and kept coming out with stuff. The bathroom walls definitely need cleaned. Moister from the shower had tobacoo colored stuff seeping out of the wall. Shower handle felt like you were going to rip it out of the wall when turning shower on.. Room just didnt feel clean at all. Had a family member in hospital and had to stay close due to the severity of their condition. Wasnt pleased with this stay. Felt over priced for all that waa nasty wrong with the room. Had hobos in the parking garage hassling people and smoking in the parking lot next to peoples vehicles. Just didnt seem safe when traveling as a single woman with two kids. More care needs to be given in cleaning and repairs need done to rooms.

I had booked this stay because Red Roof hotels are one of the few chain "pet friendly" hotels around. I had thought to be travelling with a pet. That part didn't work out on this trip, but it was good to know. The hotel was comfortable enough for people as well. It looked very nice.

A whole lot of taxes and limousines are allowed to park in the parking lot where guests have to pay to park. And so you battle them coming in and out. It's certain times of the day.

Service was excellent, the people working behind the desk were calm and personable and very responsive when I asked to change rooms very late at night. The room carpets feel quite old but otherwise the rooms were clean. My only complaint is noise. My first room had a crackling electrical sound that was continuous. The second room was on the second floor and the people above me were running with heavy steps back and forth along the ceiling throughout the night. Sleep was not easy. It was really late at that point and I didn’t want to trouble the staff to change rooms again.

For the price we paid we couldn’t really expect more out of the hotel. Though we could not believe that the hotel charges its own guests to park. They charge you a refundable $50 deposit and then take out a $12 parking fee without even telling you. So dishonest. We will not be staying here again.

Only stayed for an evening and appreciated the prompt airport shuttle service. The hotel could use some upgrades but we had a good experience for one night.
