I had dinner @ Pho, $33.00 and was declined to put it on room charge! So glad I didn't take customers there. Wont e back. I have traveled to Vegas multiple times a year over last 40 years and never declined on a room charge! Just teying to make expense report easier.

It was good. We were only here for one weekday night.

Awesome place for the family. Excellent service.

Quick trip to Vegas with family. Room was nothing spectacular just a normal room. The pool was perfect except the high prices for drinks

Everything was great! We were able to check in early with no issues, had an amazing view of the Strip from the 36th floor, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice with a big hot tub. There was a DJ and a party atmosphere, which was fun! Not too adult that kids couldn't still swim and have fun though (if that makes sense). The location was great and we liked the pizza place downstairs and the Starbucks. We took a bus tour to Grand Canyon and the bus pickup was just downstairs. Will definitely stay here again when in Las Vegas!

Good service. Not a terrible resort. My only complaint would be the bath tub having slow a drain and water drip from the faucet. Needs comfortable.

Loved our time at Treasure Island. The hotel and amenities were great. Rooms were clean, seemed well taken care of and it was nice that security was seen all around. Only down fall was the bed was not that comfortable, but over all we would stay there again.

It was pleasant stay at TI. Room was clean and parking lot was free to everyone. Great location to reach fashion show mall and west China town easily.

This hotel serves its purpose for an overnight stay. It is becoming outdated and rundown. Upon arrival staff escorted us to self check in which was fast considering there was a deep line at the desk. However, don’t get bamboozled into an upgrade…it’s not as impressive as it states. The room was fine, bigger and comfortable bed. While we had a great view, we were over the club and near the a/c units—couldn’t sleep at all. So it would’ve been best for us to talk to someone upon checking in to ensure we were on the quiet side of the hotel. We were just in for a concert and turn around…so we didn’t see how filthy the bathroom was. The tub had mold—I washed my hair with a cup over the sink and gave myself a bird bath—was not going to step into that shower/tub. For a Vegas hotel on the strip overall it was dusty and dirty…had we stayed longer we probably would’ve called for another room because we’ve stayed in much nicer /cleaner rooms at this hotel. Check out was easy. Didn’t stay long enough to experience staff.

Fantastic place to stay

Decent hotel for the price. Check in line was very long, luckily we found the self check in kiosks. Overall a decent hotel right on the strip

Great room, easy check in and out! Great price in a great location! We always choose TI for our Vegas trips!

The check in is terrible waiting only 3 persons in reception for like 120 persons waiting for check in

The check in took over half an hour. The line at reception was always incredibly long. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes, no matter if you are in a non smoking room. It is incredibly stuffy and stale. The coffee house restaurant in the lobby is awful. The food is old and stale.

Treasure Island was fine. Have stayed in various Las Vegas hotels over the years and all are pretty much the same, just with different themes.

Everything at our stay was great and we had an amazing time! My son was nervous as this was his first trip to a real big city, but having security outside the elevators made him feel more comfortable.
The only thing that was not overall great was the wifi, thankfully we had great service but the WiFi rarely if ever, worked.

Hotel is dated but clean. Free parking is a plus. Great view from our room and right on the strip.

Location is good, CVS downstaris and pretty close to mall, Free parking is also a good point for selection to stay. The only weak point is not many choice of restuarant and you better go outside for luncch and dinner.

This will be my first negative review on hotels .com after many positive ones including positive reviews of Treasure Island. I had no choice but to take a flight with a mid-morning arrival into Vegas on a Tuesday. Despite freely saying they had rooms available, the front desk refused to let me check in without an early check-in charge. Sorry (not sorry) BUT an early checki-in charge in a 24/7 town like Vegas when you have rooms available is ridiculous. I'm a breakfast eater and the coffee shop people were as cold and unfriendly as the omelette. Having discovered a facility in Vegas that is totally non-smoking along with these other disappointments puts me in a position of never needing to return to Treasure Island.

A good hotel on the Strip at a decent price.

Had a great stay but disappointed that all kettles and coffee machines have been removed from rooms. Being disabled and having to get dressed to go downstairs to come back upstairs to enjoy my morning coffee was very inconvenient

It was nice, just what I expected.

Overall stay was decent but the hotels lost and found is a joke. Waited 3 hours for them to bring out a phone that fit the description I gave (it was my phone. I was tracking it)

The room itself is clean, they may need to revisit the beds, they’re getting old and the water smells like sewer. We did enjoy the show and the convenience of having plenty of food choices inside the resort though and it’s attached to the Fashion Show Mall.

Check in was super fast and easy at front desk and housekeeping was great everything went smoothly🤗

Was made to feel like I was lucky to be getting two queen beds but the room was stupid small

It was a good experience but the view of Trump Tower was not so good lol.

The first day the guy that register us, told me that, because I got the chep fare they decide to change my selection of 2 queen size to 1 king and they would charge me if I ask for an extra small bed. Next day we could make the change, but it had some disapointment.
The beds in both rooms may need to be change.
The people who work there were very friendly.

Classic old hotel that could use some TLC.

Starting to show its age. Nothing special. No longer had pirate show out front. Basic

The room was very nice and clean. The view would have been better if not for all those stupid dots on the outside of my window made from the giant picture on the outside of the building. FYI, NO coffee and brewer in the room. Why? They want you to spend $$$ buying coffee down in the lobby. Also, NO microwave in room, nor is one available upon request. Why? Again, they don't want you heating up leftovers in the room. They want you spending more $$$ down in the restaurants.

Weather was ok; it was nice to have restaurants available but as they were off of the casino and SMOKING WAS ALLOWED, as a non-smoker I could not enjoy myself in the casino, food was not enjoyed and I had an asthma attack requiring a rescue inhaler. Had a safe and a refrigerator but no microwave or coffee maker in the room something even the cheapest of hotels usually provide.

Love the eating choices at the casino.

Treasure Island is a great value and great location. We chose the run of the house as the cheapest option. They didn’t have any king beds when we got there so we upgraded to the petite suite. Great room. After a night in that room we noticed a smoking smell in the room unusual as neither of us don’t smoke. They sent an engineer up and he said he could smell something in the lobby and it may have gotten into our room. A quick phone call to the front desk and they resolved it by moving us. They were out of petite suites and moved us into an executive suite no additional charge. Fantastic customer service. We were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday and this was a huge part of the success equation!! Thanks TI and your amazing staff. Great perks at the hotel with FREE PARKING, pool, gym, etc. very good security presence and we felt safe the whole time. This is a great location and I feel it’s in the heart of all things walking for the Vegas strip.
