The staff, from the welcome to us leaving was fantastic.

Lana at check-in was great! And their pool just opened which was a highlight for the kids.

The bathroom doors are frosted glass and face into the main sleeping area. You can see a pretty decent silhouette of others in the bathroom. And the light shines through into the main room when it's dark and others are trying to sleep. I would never recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing .. very helpful and courteous. The hotelwas spotless clean..
My only gripe is the barn door for the toilet and shower area!!!! it doesn't seal...
And when sharing a room ... odors become part of the room .. and there is no privacy with out a lock... very awkward..

We really like to stay at Frisco as our base camp and then adventure into Vail, Breck and Keystone. Also lots of things to do in Frisco. The hotel is great and everyone was very friendly.

Everything was find until I found that the hotel was charging me every day more than $350.00 per day and Today I saw a last transaction of $1120.94 on 1/5 even though I had conversations with the General Managers and front desk staff and they promised me they will solve it because I already paid the trip through Expedia. However it’s not done and they continue charging my credit card on file that supposed to be only for incidental issues. When I checked out they gave me and statement that I was not charged anything and still charges on my credit card. This is a big issue someone at the hotel has access to my account and it’s making charges and the managers don’t know what’s going on.

Bathroom area extremely small. Very difficult to operate with 3 people

This is the old Holiday Inn but upgraded by Marriott. The place is quite a bit nicer (and pricier) with easy access to Frisco. Service personnel was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and new. The bathrooms are also clean and new. The only downside is that it is right next to I70. We could hear the trucks and traffic all night long. If you are a light sleeper, this would affect you. Aside from that, it is a great place to stay!

The front desk lady was super sweet, it was very much appreciated. Our stay was 10/10, the view we had was amazing room 337 facing the city/ mountains. It was about 15 mins into where we wanted to eat and bar hop.

Overall, I think staff did their best but I would put the blame on management. The quality of service we received was not in the order of a $350-400 room and it was very disappointing.
Details:
The staffs were friendly and let us check-in a bit earlier which was great.
When we walked in to our room, it appeared that someone already sat on one of the beds and pillows were not in place. Since it was only myself and my wife, we decided to use another bed. We were in rush to make it to our tubbing appointment so we did not ask for room change. We came back to our room around 8 pm. When we wanted to go to sleep, we noticed a stain on the sheet. We informed the front desk and they kindly sent a staff to change the sheet. That’s the last thing you expected when you came back from a long day trip.
Next morning, we came downstairs for breakfast around 9 am. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10 or 11 am so we were not late at all.
When we showed up, there was almost no breakfast stuff left. We had to ask for everything from plate to bread, juice, honey, etc
We already paid for breakfast and it was supposed to be a European breakfast but we found it so basic similar to breakfast served at Inns.
Overall, I think staff did their best but I would put the blame on management. The quality of service we received was not in the order of a $350-400 room. It was very disappointing.

Room was clean and close to many ski hills

I was very disappointed that the hotel did not help me get even a partial refund for not being able to travel due to a major snow storm. This was extremely upsetting.

The female bar tender was the best worker we have ever witnessed. She was worked circles around the two guys the next evening. She was X military and current sky instructor and bartender. She had a bad knee and worked harder and was the pleasant person in service we’ve ever seen.

Rooms are modern and clean. Many pleasant lighting features. Enjoyed outstanding appetizers, drinks and lobby environment. Very nice after a day of hiking.

Minimal parking and there were no lights in the parking lot (we arrived after dark.) Wash clothes were badly stained and unusable. Air conditioning was not working properly, would come on for a few seconds and then go off no matter how far we turned the thermostat down.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean, and the bed is comfortable. Overall, I had a great time, and I would definitely come back.

Nice and clean hotel! Beds were comfortable, and nice place to just hang out at hotel.

Easy, clean, friendly, and pet-friendly. Will stay here again - they are in the middle of doing their parking lot... so no lighting and gravel everywhere. Other than the parking lot - this place is great!

Pros: Convenient hotel located in a beautiful area with lots of outdoor activities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The indoor pool is not finished, limited parking, not cleaning rooms everyday. Our room (118) was very noisy: car traffic outside and AC unit inside the room.

Hotel is clean and updated. Staff is friendly. Parking isn’t great due to construction all around the parking lot.

The hotel itself is nice. Expedia overbooked king beds so we did not get the room that we booked. We even pre paid for breakfast and the hotel did not have on file that this was pre paid. Incredibly frustrated with Expedia.

Wonderful staff. Great happy hour. Spacious!

Nice convenient location. There was construction going on in the parking lot, so that is why I only gave a rating of good for the facility and surrounding area. Otherwise, everything was nice.
