Good afternoon this was the worst hotel iv ever stayed in property was dirty and my tv did not work till it was fixed the was dirty and Roaches found live one and dead ones not sure about bed bugs at this point people smoking weed smell was around the hole Facility and most people there look like bunch a crack heads was not a pleasant stay so on this matter i would like a refund for the 2 night i stayed 12/22/23 to 12/24

My boyfriend and I booked a room at the days in by Wyndham for 2 nights. DO NOT GO THERE!! Literally have not been to a worse place to say! Drug paraphernalia was left in the room. Blood was splattered on the bathroom wall. Hand prints were left above the sink (clearly leaning over top the sink). A big yellow stain in the middle of the sheets (had to ask for new sheets but the phone in the room did not even work so we had to walk all the way back up to the front desk TWICE). No towels were in the room when we got there (had to ask for those too). Did not get new towels or sheets for over an hour after asking for them TWICE. There was a HUGE stain on the couch and on the floors of the room. The bath tub was not fully operational (leaking out the side with side panels hanging off when we got there and jets were full of mold and dirt so when turned on produces some of the nastiest water ever). Roaches were in the cabinets (to be fair in the glue trap but that was just left in where food is supposed to go??) and climbing up the walls. Let's just say my boyfriend and I DID NOT feel comfortable staying there for even just one night out of the two nights we had paid for. BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

There were live roaches, dead roaches, blood splatter in bathroom wall, jacuzzi was filthy and the grates wouldn’t close, lines had smoke stains on them, as well as bleach stains. Checked out early because I knew I was gonna be too scared to turn the lights off. I just had the feeling like if there’s roaches there’s also gonna be bedbugs.. no trash can, cups, or coffee maker.. it was a jacuzzi suite. And there was nothing suite about it.

Upon arrival and entering my room there when many roaches. I didn't feel comfortable staying!!

Didn’t like that the rooms were infested with roaches. First room had them everywhere and I couldn’t stay in the room. The second room has less but still has them. My co workers room’s also had them

DO NOT STAY HERE! Nothing worked, there were ROACHES everywhere! No towels upon check in, tub was FILTHY. No blankets heat didn’t work. Smh HORRIBLE.

Just what I expected and needed. Moderate price, reasonable accommodation and near where I am working on this business trip.

There were cigarette burn markings on the edges of the bathtub, in a non-smoking room. There were insects inside the room, we had to spray the room. The room had a musty smell. This room was terrible.

Cancelled because of cockroaches!!! they where in the bathroom, the beds, and the hallways!!!

Very little bedding, only a sheet and thin duvet on 40° nights. Open gaps in the door way and around the ac unit. No cups or ice bin in room. Entire hotel exterior is dirty, run down, in need of repair and updating. No easy access to second level. Subpar attemept to "upgrade" the room, but overall the room was dingy and not very pleasant.

There were 2 flys and one strange bug in the bathroom. The door gapped letting cold air and noise in. The men drinking and smoking outside were suspicious and unnerving. The bedspread was stained and gross. The bathroom had unknown stains all over the tub. And, the coffee was simply unpallatable. The parking spaces were full and we had to park on the grass bordering the property. The ONLY positive was, it was convenient to the Seagull Century start.

This motel is run down. Yuck. We asked for a nonsmoking room and got a stinky smoking room with holes burned into the bedspread. Saw a bed bug. It is not a good place to stay.

Room was not maintained. Cigarette burn in bedspread, several small gnats, small cockroaches, heavy smell of cigarette smoke in a nonsmoking room.

To close to road, No elevator wife has problems with steps. Said no lower available rooms,

Booked a king bed room and received 2 full beds instead. bathtub was full of mold and handles were broke. No TV remote. Room smelled of marijuana.

Checking in was no problem. The young lady at the counter honored my request for a bottom floor room. She was very courteous and polite and did whatever she could do to honor my request. No complaints about the room. It was very clean with the exception of the bathroom sink which kept backing up and was unable to run the water at full stream. The only other complaint I have is that I have no main service available to me for the three day stay and when I ask for a late check out I was told they could not honor that but after complaining I was told I could check out at 11:30. When I returned to the room, the maids were already cleaning my room at 10:45 and she explained to me that she had no notification of a late check out for my room.

Room was very dirty, smelled bad and there was food in the refrigerator left from last guests. This room was not worth the money I paid.

Terrible experience. Checked in, put my things in the room, then had to leave out for work right away. Came back that night and roaches were crawling on the walls, and on my luggage. Left after I saw that. They refused a refund since it was hours after I had checked in. Terrible service. All they care about is money and not guest comfort or safety.

Can't believe this is a franchise hotel! Dirt everywhere, rusty bath tub, totally stained sheets and comforters, VERY smelly A/C. I was told all the rooms are like this. I was told pictures on website was taken for advertisement only. Reality is vastly different from those pics! I ended up moving to another hotel!

Staff did their best, but were limited by property. Dirty smelly rooms,cigarette burns on bedding, featured amenities sparse or non existing. On top of everything else at the property, EXPEDIA lied about the refund that the property released to them on my behalf and kept it????

Hotel was run down. Stains on the carpet, sink faucet was way loose in the bathroom. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, pillows were flat. Towels had black stains on them. Door to the room had barely any seal, could see light all the way around the door. Room had a strange odor.

There is over booked and they said there is no room available for me.I have 2 little kids and I don’t have room to sleep tonight

Overpriced for the overall experience. Noisy guests were smoking marihuana outside, I observed a drunk man outside stumbling. Felt very unsafe and it was too noisy until about 3 am I could get some sleep. There was a gap in the door so you could hear a lot of what happened outside.

Several dead flies in the bath tub, an old painted-over ant trap in bathroom, squeaky bed, the front desk never answered their phone. Free breakfast was coffee, juice and vendin machine honey buns all for well over $200

Bed covering and mattress looked like a crime scene. Room smelled bad. Kids blocking steps with selves and toys and would not move out way with parents sitting right at top of steps saying absolutely nothing. Positive is staff member after showing her the bed covering gave me another room which was not great but better. Only stayed one night but will never come back.

Arrived at 3pm to check in like the reservations stated, waited to be buzzed into the front desk waiting area. Proceeded to wait for 48 minutes due to the line, and only one person checking guest in. Waiting area was hot due to the air condition being overworked. The place was giving me bad vibes, very run down, people outside loitering, strong smell of urine and weed thru out entire complex. Went to check out room, surprisingly at first glance it looked OK, until the weed and cigarette smell smacked you in the face. Also had about 5 flies flying around, and all surfaces were very "sticky". Amongst a few other minor things that added up. It was at this point I felt uncomfortable and felt this wasn't a place for me and my daughter to spend just one night. I turned in my key, did not ask for a refund, and left.

Not only did our reservation not show up in their system, once we got a room, it was the most filthy, unsanitary place we’ve every been to. The AC unit was busted on the floor in a 90 degree room. Roaches were crawling everywhere and on top of all there was poop in the toilet. Instantly left and went somewhere else. This place is unsafe in and around. It needs shut down!!!!
