Perfect location in Florence — right in the middle of a great neighborhood that really made our stay. GREAT access to everything we did, but not right in the middle of the “tourist hotspot” and had so many great restaurants and galleries and cafes around. We loved!

I had a wonderful experience at Pitti Palace. The space was clean and cool! I particularly enjoy the breakfast menu and atmosphere. The lounge area was very well designed and most appreciated. We were allowed to store our luggage for several hours after checkout. The staff was friendly, welcoming, well informed…
I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience!

The staff was accommodating, and the location was amazing. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the shower temperature and pressure was good.
However, our room had a sewage scent immediately upon entering that did not abate. I will still give this location 4 stars because the staff moved me to a new room when I alerted them to the issue. Upon reading other reviews and researching online, I think that the sewage smell was from a drainage issue that is common in old buildings in Florence—it was not a cleanliness issue on the hotel’s part.
