This hotel is great, I was very pleased with the quality of the room and supporting areas, lobby, restaurant, bar, etc. I was particularly happy with the rooftop bar and its staff. The hotel location is great with easy walking distance to all the main tourist attractions of Madrid.

Good view for the best rook in the hotel. Very disappointing Air Conditioning, the room was very hot through the day and night. I called in room service and nothing was done.
