Staff was lovely, we got the best room with the best balcony overlooking the pool area... it was the most private. Loved that!
My only issue was that the coffee maker in the room did not work. I tried many times.

I love this hotel! It was excellent, as always. Also, we paid a small fee to leave our car at the hotel during the trip. The wonderful gentlemen who drives the shuttle bus dropped us off at the door to check our luggage, and picked us up almost immediately after we claimed our luggage. So quick and easy, and it cost less than using the airport parking, or the off-site parking, plus I know our car will be safe there. The people who run this hotel always go the extra mile. (The room even has a Keurig style coffee brewer. So nice!)
