Cockroaches found in my room they upgraded my room which was still outdated and smelly and never got the refund I requested or even partial
cockroaches literally woke me up at 2 am by crawling on me

The hotel is very nice, but the rooms smell like cigarettes, there was no hot water, the toilet didn't flush properly,

It was nice. Room was was a bit outdated. No amenities and no maid service.

This place is old, run-down, smells filthy, and has non-working wifi in the Central Tower rooms. Stay away from this decrepit, dirty, gross dinosaur of a hotel if you're going to Vegas.

Good stay. Comfortable beds

We were offered one of the newly remodeled rooms with a view of Sphere. We were happy to pay for the small upgrade.
The room was fine (2064). It was clean but definitely felt unfinnished. Oddly blank walls and tape on the wall temp control unit, which was hard to navigate. The fan never shut off on its own. It was either on or off. It also had a high-pitched, continuous whine so we cooled down the room and then shut off the AC to sleep in quiet. Overall, not sure it was worth the upgrade in the end.
I will say that your staff is stellar. I appreciated being offered water while we waited in line to check in. They were all happy to offer suggestions and directions. I appreciated the text messages regarding our stay. Definitely the best staff I have ever encountered in many may trips to Vegas.
I would stay with you again but would probably not pay for the "upgrade" for the room.
Thank you for all you do.

While I had no issues with staff personally, my party was treated very rudely my hotel staff. When asked to have our luggage Returned the lady behind the counter told my girlfriend “can you wait” and when their luggage was brought up we started to look for cash for a tip but before we could even open our bags the staff yelled "you made me come up here with no tip!?” And left.
Along with this my friend had water drop on his head while he slept. I will say the hotel was beautiful and checking in and checking out the employees were very kind.

Room was very dark. No desk or chair to do any work. No fridge or microwave. Shower dripped - called for them to fix it - did not.

The room was comfortable, quiet and the bed was excellent. The restaurant choices were great at the high end, not the best deal for the price, but the hotel had everything I needed. My second stay since becoming Westgate; previously there in the 80s and 90s as the Hilton. It's nicer now

Great friendly hotel. I tried 3 restaurants in the hotel and all of them are great!

It was fine. Check in was easy. Elevators run quickly with a lot of guests in the hotel(I have hd worse!). My main complaint is that they charge a 45$ daily "resort" fee for the "free" wi fi and I found it very slow!

I understand you have to get people to sign up for events but please don't get in people's path as they walk. That is very rude and is impending freedom of movement. I almost knocked one of your employees down because i wasn't expecting them to do that.

The hotel was very nice and very comfortable. The room was very spacious and just perfect for what we needed it. We were able to get food in the hotel really late which was very convenient too. It was overall a great experience! Also, the competition for acro we were going to Vegas for was held in this same hotel which was very convenient.

Great stay at Westgate. Pretty much just stopped in to watch the finals (Go Huskies!). Parking was a cinch, AND it is a great place to watch the game. Comfortable lodgings to boot! Can’t wait for my next opportunity to stay at the Westgate. The staff was also incredibly accommodating as well as actual humans that care. Excellent work!

Went due to my daughter having drill competitions with SHARP. Staff were super nice and helpful. Was able to be on the same floor as other moms was a plus. Elevators got a bit crazy when we were leaving but there were so many on the same floor that was a plus.

Due to this being a time share based resort, expect to be approached EVERY single time you pass through to get to the elevator to get up to your room. They are currently renovating elevators, so this was quite frustrating on busy days and times. It took 15 minutes to finally jump into a full elevator down from our 20th floor, stopping at each floor after, YES….. 19-4

Decent afford able Vegas hotel. It has a strong, fake berries and perfume scent everywhere which is unfortunate. Of the three showers I took there, two of them were only lukewarm. I don’t know if this is something they would have dealt with had I told them or not as the first time it happened I figured it was a fluke and the second time was the morning I was leaving so no point complaining then. Generally a clean, decent place though.

The bedroom was outdated. 80's beat up furniture, bathroom and shower tile was dirty and a potpourri of colors. Bumpy mattress.

They were dirty towels from a previous guest left under our sink. The rooms are all super noisy.

My partner & I stayed in a Signature King room.
the Good stuff - we could see the Sphere in the distance from window. The bed was very comfortable, shower was great. Monorail terminal was just around the back of casino so quick & easy to get to. The Bad stuff - the air conditioner was useless, we pumped up to full fan which was very noisy and set the temp as cool as possible (60F/16C) the speed of air coming out was very slow and definatley not cool at all, so we had hot stuffy nights trying to sleep. The hotel staff were not interested in getting it looked at as it was not one of the rennovated rooms. The casino itself was very smokey, very poorly ventilated compared to other casinos on the strip. And even though we were on a non smoking floor we had to put a towel under the door at night to stop the smokey smell wafting thru to our room. We wont be staying there again.

At check in we were given an outdated unsatisfactory room when we returned to express concern, the only option was a price increase upgrade. We agreed with the assumption our experience would improve. The upgraded room was dirty and we found dirty clothing and receipts presumably from previous guests. The bathroom cabinet drawer broke as we attempted to unpack our belongings. The curtains to access the window view were very difficult to open and close. There were NO working electrical outlets on 2 walls. The mattress was very uncomfortable. This was our first time in Vegas and our wedding weekend. We didn’t want to complain because the staff was very unfriendly with other guests expressing complaints. We will never stay at your hotel again in the future. It was mistake to choose your hotel.

The place charges a $50 resort fee, which covers long distance (which nobody needs) and their fitness/spa center (which closes at 6pm).

Newly renovated room was comfortable and extremely clean. The common spaces in the hotel, however, appeared to be suffering from much deferred maintenance. 3 of 4 elevators in my wing were out of order. Several exterior doors out of order and the parking garage was not secured. Hotel does, however, have a monorail stop directly at front door and offers an extremely convenient off strip option. Would stay again in renovated room for right price.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The hotel has 2 parts the Timeshare and regular hotel. And if you end up in the North tower, it was bad. You can hear conversation through the wall to include elevator. The door had a big gap in between the frame and door. The shower was nice.

Stay in the new part but everything was falling apart couldn’t hang anything up in the closet because the pole was broken the shower handle was falling off the tv didn’t work for 1st day we walked around for 20 minutes looking for a room because the wall placer didn’t say our room number anywhere and then we had to call the front desk to be let know oh it’s in the new part. The wall placard is up-to-date.

Walking through the casino area is a gauntlet of smoke which while worst close to the casino provides low air quality throughout the property. The WiFi is slow and unstable, a bottle of water in $6.00 - which is you might tolerate in a luxury property but you certainly shouldn’t expect in a property that should have been renovated or redeveloped 10 years ago.

The rooms were dated. No outlets by the bed. No outlets by the desk. The main light source (standing lamp) had to be turned on by an old dimmer slide switch on the floor. Thankfully the switch double as an extension cord for charging things. The Wi-Fi never worked in my room. They didn't have a solution to fix it so I had to work in the hotel bar. You had to flush the toilet twice to get anything (1 Kleenex) to go down.
I dined at Fresco Italiano and sat at the bar. The service was great, the bartender was truly amazing. He single handedly served an entire busy restaurant without skipping a beat. He had great recommendations of places to checkout and places to eat. The food tasted great. Unfortunately it gave me food poisoning. From 3am - 6am I slept on the bathroom floor of my room.
All in all I give it D-. No internet is huge when you work video/photo and you're trying to get edited assets back to your marketing team in a timely manor. The service is friendly and they are trying their best with what they have to work with.

The hotel room was very outdated and dingy. The a thermostat wasn’t working properly and the room was very warm the first night (didn’t go lower than 76 degrees Fahrenheit). They did fix it the next day, though it still wasn’t getting as cool as we wanted (still not below 70 Fahrenheit). The shower head is so low that I had to lean back to get my head under the water. I’m 5’10”, female, so I’m certainly not exceptionally tall by normal standards.

I've got say as a person who has stayed at Westgate many times, this most recent visit was a disaster. First off, there is no reason for a check-in line to only have 3 people working checkins while a half dozen or more harass every sole that walks by about taking a tour. After over an hour to check-in, given directions to our room and being informed to take an elevator that once arriving there was out of order, and getting three different sets directions and still didnt end up the right place. The over bearing staff trying to get you in on their timeshare business is very off-putting. Despite enjoying previous stays here I will have to give another resort my business.

Pleasantly surprised by our stay. Booked room 30 minutes before we checked in. Parking was free. Check in was a breeze. Our room was fantastic. Hit the casino floor for a few hours before having an amazing sushi dinner. Been to Vegas many times and had no idea this gem was here. Will definitely stay here again.

Room needs updated. Water was turned off 2 nights in a row from midnight to 8:00 am. Took forever to get hot water. Bathroom sink drained extremely slow. Sheets were rough. Room smelled moldy.

The location, view, etc of the room was atrocious. When I complained to the front desk I was told that the better rooms are reserved for people who book directly with the hotel as opposed to going through a travel agency such as Hotels.com

Great SportsBook, not great dining options. Cockroach in our bathroom.

Overall tge property was in excellent condition. We o ly had two issues. The water would only get hot or cold (no happy medium) and the heat did not work and it was super cold in the room and they never fixes it.

We stayed here to be conveniently located in the same place as my kids gymnastics competition.
The Good - the room was nice, very large, had a decent view, although the dresser was filthy for some reason, other than that it was fine. The last night of our stay we ate at Rikki Tiki Sushi and it was a wonderful experience all around - a bit expensive but I was happy with the ambiance, food, and great service. I also loved that there was a monorail stop right at the hotel - so convenient to get around Vegas this way!
The Medium - let’s talk buffet - overall decent, but in my opinion incredibly overpriced! We only ate here once as it was $100 for two adults and two kids (luckily they didn’t charge me for my youngest). The omelette station was great, the coffee was not, and the rest of the food was ok. My kids as usual barely ate, so paying $17 each felt ridiculous.
The BAD - the food court food (by the Sportsbook) was absolutely terrible! We got a large cheese pizza, two orders of street tacos, and some water bottles - it was $100.00. My pizza loving kids took 1 bite each and refused any more. My husband and I were incredibly disappointed in the bland, greasy, and soggy tacos and threw most of it away.
Let’s talk about the elevator situation - what and absolute joke! We were here for 3.5 days and on average took us 15 minutes just to get on to an elevator! Absolutely horrible design!
Another no was the deceptive timeshare selling tactic.
Will not book again.

This hotel has everything BUT, every time we were walking through the lobby and restaurants and shopping area, we were surrounded by vendors and salespeople with extreme nasty attitudes and pushy. We did all our dining and shopping elsewhere. One salesman even cursed us for not buying from him. As much as the place was nice, we will never come back here. Never ever.
