I stay at this hotel regularly because it is convenient to the freeway, but you don’t hear any freeway noise, the rooms are clean and service. People are friendly. It is a little dated in terms of design and furnishings, but everything is always clean and functioning.

Stayed there over spring break with the grandkids, this hotel is definitely getting rundown, needed more towels at the pool and when I called the front desk gave me attitude. Breakfast is provided you get a coupon and you go down to the restaurant however it takes forever to get somebody to see you and Servio. We actually went out for breakfast the second morning cause we didn’t wanna wait an hour.

I requested a room on the lower level for quiet space as I was traveling and very tired. The room was clean, stocked and felt like it would be a good night. After a hot bath I climbed into a bed that felt like a box which was very discomforting ro my body, the pillows were very firm as well so my neck is in pain, water was running all night down the wall next to my head from above I imagined, and the air unit would not stop making a knocking noise. Worst sleep and stay in a hotel. This is why I dislike traveling in hotels.

The room was dark, we almost wanted to ask to change it but stayed since we were there for one night. Had a window but no view at all. The building is old, but I couldn’t expect more because of the price. Location is great, and the breakfast was good.

The staff is outstanding. They were friendly from the check-in to check out. Always helpful w/info and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean & larger than I thought it would be. You can hear the street noise but no more than I can at home. They do have a really nice complementary breakfast that isn’t your usual cereals, coffee & bagels.

Check-in was easy and fast, abd our top floor reqyest grabted. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bed comfortable. The carpet could stand to be upgraded. I did trll the front desk that our sink drained slowly (room 425). The cooked to order breakfast was wonderful, the waitress was ftirnfly and professional, and the price for the stay was quite reasonable. I'd definitely stay here again!

Absolutely this is the very best place to stay in the Medford area. Tremendous value, amazing staff, and a manager that really goes out of his way to take care of his guests.

We have stayed here several times traveling back and forth from Wa to Ca. For the price this is a great place to stay. Feels safe, has a great breakfast (not buffet) and the hotel is very reasonably priced. We have enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi several times. And having a restaurant on the premises is nice. We have eaten there each time we’ve stayed. Food is decent and reasonable. We travel with a small dog and they only charge $10. That’s the least we’ve paid at any hotel. The average is at least $30. So that’s another plus. I won’t call it a 5 star Hotel, but we certainly feel comfortable there and have not had any problems. The staff has always been great.

When turning down one of the beds in the second room I rented,We found a body piercing in the bed, along with dry blood and a wet spot. Both of my grandkids were injured in the pool while swimming from other hotel guests who was smacked in the face in the head with the football. All the hotel said was I am sorry my room with you guys this room to 255,the second room was 214 and they were moved to room 248. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not use it again.the said because of the dirty room they were going to comp me one night, and refused to do anything with the fact that both of my grandchildren got hurt

The 2 staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Bed was uncomfortable, room good sized, but this is not a 3 star hotel…unless you are talking about the lobby…2 star, or maybe 2.5 star. Our room’s outside door was hung badly, with about a 3/4 inch gap between top of door and door jamb…your could actually see into the room from the outside hallway when the door was closed. Slow serving staff at attached restaurant for evening meal (you could here them laughing, talking in “the back” instead of waiting on customers)…waited for 15 minutes just to place an order…and the restaurant was not even 1/4 full.

The hotel was easy to locate very hard to get to. It seem to be located in the middle of three major noisy freeways. Dining options were plentiful. Sorry to say nothing special about their malls or shopping.

The room size was great. We asked for non smoking but it had definitely been smoked in. Both TVs didn't work properly with their remotes and the staff didn't correct it

Surrounding area is industrial and unsightly. Stayed in pet friendly room, which was located in lowest level, which had no elevator access for bellhop to carry numerous items, which was a huge inconvenience. Also, lowest floor sits below the parking level, so view outside was dismal and claustrophobic. Breakfast included was excellent since provided by adjacent restaurant, so it was hearty and quite satisfying.
