Our stay was great. The rooms and linen was clean and the hotel used Dove products. The beds were very comfortable. Wish they had larger televisions in the rooms. The staff was very courteous, the breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again.

This hotel was very clean, room was large, two king beds that were very comfortable and great pillows! breakfast was better than most, room was a little dated but it was better than some others! when we were checking they asked why we were there I said we were going on a college tour and she pulled out a map and mapped out exactly where I needed to go and how long it would take! She also gave dinner recommendations! Above and beyond

The property and hotel was clean and well kept. Coffee and hot chocolate was available until late night which was wonderful when it was bone chilling could out. It was a lovely stay.

It was my first trip to Fayetteville and the woman at the check in desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. She offered a map and dining suggestions. The breakfast the next morning was great and the room was large, clean and very comfortable. Will definitely go back!

Bed made a lot of noise getting on and off like someone banging on the wall outside. The room was aged and dirty. Breakfast was good. I probably wouldn't stay again but for the price it was Ok.

We stayed at the hotel for three days. The beds were to high and hard to get into. The toilet was to low .It was like a child's toilet. The tub/shower looked old and dingy. There was road construction which we realize is not the hotels fault but just a heads up.

Place is overdue for room renovations. First room we received smelled of marijuana -- so bad, it's appalling they'd even offer the room to guests. Other room was damp, smelled of mold, and the shower was moldy as well. Not worth the $450+ a night for UARK family weekend. They should be ashamed to price this hotel anywhere above $150 regardless of what weekend it is.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite- bathroom was run down and not very clean. Hot and stale upon entering the room. Sofa bed mattress was stained and very uncomfortable. All around not a very pleasant experience for the money.

Very impressed with the Holiday Inn Express. Clean, friendly, safe, comfortable, tall shower head, great water pressure, wide curved shower curtain rod, delicious hot breakfast bar, great location with easy access. My only complaint was the mildewed carpet smell throughout. Lobby, halls and room.

Wall in the bathroom was molded and they had tred t staple the wall paper back on and tht was kinda gross and my sheets had make up stains on them. The coffee maker was not stocked. Also- I'm sure he was just following instructions, but I don't think it's appropriate for a the male desk check-in clerk, who has access to all our info as well as access to our room, to ask "what brings you here for the night?". As a mom traveling alone with her teen daughter I was not interested in giving information about our schedule (which in our case is easly looked up online as we touring a local college) and whereabouts to a stranger. Breakfast was good and location was great. Price was good compared to other hotels in the area.

No amenities. Not a cup or plate in kitchen, no soap or shampoo in bathroom. People out drinking and smoking out in parking lot. All staff leaves at 9:00pm. Found roaches in room when packing up to leave. Terrible for almost 300$ for a 2 night stay.

Shower only had very hot water, no cold water availabile in shower. Lots of road construction going on directly in front of hotel. Noisy, dusty, confusing on roads.
