The shower was filthy with hair stuck to the tiles. The floors hadn’t been swept when I checked in. Housekeeping only comes on a as needed basis.

The room itself smelled of wet carpet or towels. The tub drained water out very slowly. And for breakfast it was a bag of a muffin and apple. This was a terrible experience for my first time in Deerfield.

The room looked old and outdated. The bath tub looked dirty and stained. The walls looked like they needed paint badly. There were roaches everywhere. The ice machine didn’t work. The internet went out and the smoke alarm went off very early in the morning just one time. One door was broken. I had to have my card to get into my room reprogrammed three times. While there four days.

This was the worst MOTEL I've stayed at since I used to stay at rat traps 20 years ago for $35. Room was purely filthy and in need of a complete renovation. Was placed in the back corner where it seems like long term, down on their luck, residents stay long term. There was nothing that tied this dilapidated MOTEL to the La Quinta Inn chain. Nor will I be trusting any La Quinta Inn's in the future . On top of that, have very slight rashes from the bedding. Lost power for 3 hours in the morning, which the clerk blamed as a local outage, yet residents were outside their rooms comparing what was still working in their rooms.

Not a friendly welcome. Double charged me for one night stay. Cleaning lady was waiting outside for us to leave before check out. Check out was 11AM it was 10:20AM and cleaning staff was waiting outside our door. Very uncomfortable and inconvenient for us.!

This hotel property is filthy and unsafe and very nasty inside of the room. I would not recommend you stay here. I felt unsafe while I was there. People walking around all day and night looking homeless and people sitting around looking like they are on drugs. I felt very unsafe at this property, the lighting at night is very low. Not to safe. Property is very dirty; from the sidewalk paint which should have been gray color at one point, can't tell because the sidewalk is black from the dirt and not kept up. You can tell the wear on the paint was worn-down. The sidewalk was black very dirty. This place definitely looks and feels like a motel in the condition it is in, with the people walking around all time of the day and night. I had to park my truck in front by the entrance because I did not want my truck to be broken into. If you wanted to go to the pool it was not a safe place either. If you had kids and wanted them to stay safe inside of the pool area, there is no gate to close for the pool. Also, there was no pool furniture at the pool to sit on. I saw people sitting and smoking on the handicap seat for the pool. I really did not feel safe nor the rooms did not feel clean it felt airy, molded. The vent in the bathroom was filled with black dust which is mold in the air in the hotel. I hope I did not get bedbugs from the mattresses in the room. I did not take my shoes off to walk around in the room. I felt the carpet were not clean. Especially the bathroom f

Good location, the rooms are dated and need updated. Our king size bed was very uncomfortable on one side, especially, it had a very deep depression in the mattress causing a backache. The bed totally needs replacing. The breakfast was very basic and the same every day, no variety. It was a grab and go bag with one apple, one packaged blueberry muffin and one granola bar. There were no eggs, toast, butter, jelly, cereal, milk, yogurt, waffle, etc. that you usually find at a hotel of this nature. We stayed there three nights, so having the exact same grab and go breakfast every day wasn’t the best.

Roaches all over the place. There was some kind of animal fur in the bed. The sheets and spread was stained. Toilet won't flush well. Smells horrible. $100 deposit for this dump. On a trip stopping over to move on and we picked this location by mistake. Won't refund so we stayed. Coming from the Hyatt to this was a rude aweakening. Not again. Not even if it was the last resort.

A nice place, comfortable bed, but it was the worst hotel shower I ever experienced ( and I have over 2500 stays in hotels). The water pressure was great in the tub, but when the shower was on, it barely trickled out! Few amenities (like bathroom toiletries) and no breakfast with barely a coffee machine in the lobby that always seemed to be empty. Only one ice machine in a separate building, so I guess management's focus was on saving water! Staff was very friendly and was the location was extremely convenient to our event plans. Overall average for the the money but in fairness it WAS Spring Break and snowbird season not to mention Palm Sunday.

This place is repulsive. The first room they tried to give me had cigarette smoke still in the air. They changed us to another room that had hair on the pillows and pubic hair all over the sheets and shower wall. Mildew growing in the shower. The floor was dirty with piles of dust and hair in the corners, paint peeling off the walls. Stains on the sheets. We had been driving 8 hours with a three month old baby and ended up sleeping in our clothes on top of the blankets because it took 45 minutes of standing in line in the lobby with no air conditioning to get the first room change and I couldn’t stand to do it again for a change or refund. Screw this rat hole

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Traveled with 2 small children and had no cable tv the entire stay after notifying front desk several times I was advised I could check out. Traveled from 4 hours away and would have had nowhere for me and my family to stay

The Front Desk Clerk did not understand the confirmation numbers used by Hotels.com. He was argumentative, rude and obnoxious. This Property is in need of serious renovation. The Bathtub was disgusting.

Room had mildew/mold . Didnt stay they would not refund me. I gave card to staff 1 hour after i got it. And was sitting in lobby for 30 minutes waiting as she checked people in. Another peraon said the same thingdirty towels and hair on bed .. gross

What a mistake booking this hotel. Room was in poor condition: broken light fixtures, broken alarm clock, damaged bathroom door, FILTHY floor, bugs, etc. When we first entered the room, There were not enough towels for two. We went to go to the pool, there was not a single chair or lounger. The pool itself was unkempt with debris floating throughout. The Free Breakfast was sparse at best. No coffee cups and a bag to grab with 2 institutionally wrapped muffins. A gigantic disappointment all around. Horrible!

Beware! Stay away! Horrible! Mold in the shower. Very very outdated. Was there 5 nights NEVER once got room services even asked for it 3 different times. Had to change room on 2nd night due to sink leaked and flooded room. Had to demand to be moved. Housekeeping handed me a trash bag to change my own trash! Mattresses were sunk in. Smell was awful in both rooms. No phones worked to call front desk. Deerfield Beach is better than this! Management or owners dont care!

Dirty, mosquitos in the room, filthy bathroom, moldy bathroom, filthy shower curtain, broken refrigerator leaking onto the dirty carpet, moldy smell, “cleaned the room” but didn’t take out the trash, broken water machine, broken juice machine, front parking lot immersed in standing water for a week, on site manager never followed up but sent house cleaners, house cleaners entering room despite please do not disturb sign, AC sub-par, no amenities in foyer, this place is terrible but so so dirty. Housekeeping left the door open and there were new fruit flys buzzing around the trash that was not removed from room. Nasty.
