I liked the location and the food of this hotel.

Front desk staff was very friendly, told us about the hotel’s restaurants, and provided a map showing what was around the facility. The hotel and room were very clean and modern, and love the elevators with outdoor view.

There was no space in the bathroom, there was no ironing board in the room and when I requested one from house keeping they did not bring one.

The shuttle service was excellant

Room was not cleaned well A C unit fan made lots of noise. Pillows were extremely flat. Restaurant breakfast was not worth the price. Staff was friendly, but hotel wa less than expected

Very clean and comfortable hotel. I loved how you never seemed to wait long for an elevator. Although valet parking was a bit pricey it was very convenient and allowed for in and out privileges the entire stay.

The room was clean, but there wasn’t a hand soap to wash your hand, I have to use the body wash that is in the shower to wash my hands

Hotel physically was clean and nice. Staff not so much, and BE PREPARED to pay $25-$45 a day for parking. The area is up and coming, nothing there, no night life.

Close to the airport

Staff at front desk during check in and check out were really nice and helpful but the man who I spoke twice on the phone first before check in on 9/9/23 between 8-9pm then again around midnight after we checked in seems like he does not want to talk to anyone, he was rushing and almost did not let me finish speaking. The housekeeper was also very kind.

The room was great, employees were incredible, but there were a couple of things that really threw me — the food I had was terrible and overpriced (I had avocado toast, which consisted of one piece of partially toasted white bread (yuck) with a smear of avocado and a ton of arugula which was heavily dressed in poppyseed dressing, so everything was a horrible gross sweet mush, it was awful and I threw it away after one bite) that cost me $16! The other thing was the hair dryer handle was so covered in product, it was sticky and you could make a mark in the muck with your nail. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Staff was amazing. Very convenient location.

The staff was welcoming, helping, and very accommodating. Facility was very clean. It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. We even spent a little time by the pool, which was a rare amenity in the Crystal City area.

Most convenient to the airport. However service was fair. Our iron did not work. We asked for a new one. It was brought to us the next morning. The new one didn't work. It is those little things that matter. I was looking for a coke, (there are Pepsi machines) was told they had Coke in the gift shop, but that the gift shop was closed from 12 to 1:30 for lunch. I ran to gift shop at 11:55 and it was locked up. Our room and bed was clean and comfortable.

I have never had an issue staying at any Hyatt hotel before and usually do enjoy my stay. The staff was nice and room service came everyday but the room was small, dated (old) and dirty. Stains on curtains and carpets, and towels. Beds didn't have fitted sheets and were very uncomfortable and lopsided along with the very low loft pillows that felt like I was laying on nothing. Very small bathroom and room. Shower was awful. The water nozzle barely sprayed any water and is not removable. The lighting was terrible, too much light at night from the mirror in the bathroom that once shut off, turns into a bright blue night light that surrounds the entire mirror. It never shuts off no matter what. The bathroom door is glass and unlockable (no privacy) so the light would shine right through illuminating the entire room at night. Along with the light coming from the noisy hallway through 1/4'' crack in the door seam. Crystal city was very desolate, not a whole lot to do. Your surrounded by huge buildings being built by cranes (The only view) and are kind of limited to the hotel food, which was pricey but pretty good, except for the market across the street which I would stay away from. Valet parking ($45 a night) was good although they charged me twice. I would definitely stay elsewhere.

Perfect hotel for an early morning flight. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Wonderful 6 day visiti to DC. Shuttle to the airport made getting around the city so manageable. Will definitely consider Hyatt Regency Crystal City on future trips.
