The rooms have a bad smell and the hallways smell too much like cigarettes. There are also cockroaches in the rooms. The hot water is not really hot. I would not go to this hotel again.

I wouldn't know how good it was but I wasn't given the opportunity to read reviews as it was chosen for me. I could not find the hotel, as the only transportation available from IAH was the city bus that google maps dropped me in the dark in an unfamiliar area after business hours for most businesses. I wanted a refund because the hotel I did book that had a hotel shuttle took my reservation and payment through your app and when I called about the shuttle was told I would have to get a refund on a "no refund, same day" policy, because they were overbooked due to the IAH fiasco.

I was given a different room than the one I originally booked and the hotel did not look anything like the pictures. I was given a room connecting to another room where people had access to my room and I didn’t request that room.It had a sour smell throughout the whole hotel and was uncleaned in the room and also in the hallways. It was also very unsafe and anyone and everyone had access to the hotel even if they weren’t staying there.

The rooms are nice- bed was terrible. The front desk guy was rude and not very inviting. There is a $50 deposit that is not mentioned anywhere until you get on site. They also have posted that you can not have visitors or you will be removed without a refund which sucks because we were visiting my son who is in college and he has his own apartment down the street with roommates so we couldn’t exactly spend any time with him there. Also found a baby roach roaming around in the shower tub

It’s ok just need put more personal stuff in the bathroom like conditioner toothpaste and smart tv 😅

Need alot of updates had no buffet for the guests . Front desk emplyoee at night was very disrespectfull to me and my family.

Well the whole reason we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. We called and asked if the pool was open and the receptionist said YES but when we checked in, the indoor section was closed! Would of been nice if she would have let us known that since that’s what we we’re calling for. She also had some attitude/tone in her voice when I was checking in but I just ignored it. Also the halls and room had a certain smell/bad odor. Another that checked in behind us got a room close to us and decided to leave because of the smell, he said it was too much. I just turned the a/c on max and ignored it as well. People at the pool were talking about the smell as well. This trip was for my pregnant wife’s birthday, 2 kids with us too. So we just enjoyed what we could. Also one of the plugs were broken (shock hazard). Water in pool was real clean though and didn’t have an overwhelming smell of chlorine/chemicals.

I was overcharged for two rooms. There was an issue with the water. The shower didn’t work at one point and the water pressure was extremely low

FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE RUDE AS HELL! LOST KEY CARD, WAS GIVEN ONE ONLY AT CHECK IN, HAD PAY $5 FOR A NEW KEY. NO TOILET PAPER IN ROOM. PARTY WAS GOING ON AT 11PM MUSIC LOUD. CALLED FRONT DESK WAS TOLD THEY ARE IN FACT HAVING A PARTY. BE OVER SOON. KIDS TRYING SLEEP AT 11PM AND ALL YOU HEAR IS MUSIC, NOT TO MENTION THE SMELL OF WEED IN THE HALLWAYS.

This place is a dive.

Hello I am very upset they took my money and checked me in without even telling me. They took $63 from me in my account. I got scammed and played out of my money. Was not told about security deposit.

It was a great stay.

Checking in was horrific, the lady did not even give an ounce of direction to our rooms. We walked around the entire SMELLY hotel with lots of luggage with no sense of direction. We had to find our way back to the lobby to ask her and was told “there’s stairs down there” as she giggled like it was funny…WOW. Next, the halls smell like cat or dog urine. As many people we seen just sitting outside on the ground, it may have been human urine as well. I would not recommend, not even if you’re homeless and this is the last resort!!!!

Hit the sack after I got into my room,checked out at 11am and catch a Uber to the airport.

Rooms had bugs, flickering lights, no hot water hallways spelled like a zoo and a bag over the smoke detector. Staff was rude and when we addressed the problem we was told it would get to a manager spoke to the manager the next day he didn’t know anything about it and did not try to accommodate any of the problems after brushing us off. Terrible experience

The pool has been closed for over a month for maintenance. When I called before arrival to check on things I was not told the truth about the pool. My son was excited about the chance to go swimming and was crushed when we found out the pool was closed. The manager was rude and uncaring..

Very nice for the price. Only issue was some hair that was left under the lip of the sink. Other than that it was clean and comfortable.
