This was our second stay at this hotel an ideal final stop before travelling to Calais for the Chunnel back to Folkestone. A bonus they take dogs who are also allowed in the bar areas. Rooms are light spacious v comfortable & modern with excellent amenities. On site parking is brilliant especially as its underground & secure which means you don’t hve to unload the car. Staff are courteous & v helpful. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Reims and will continue to use this hotel the next times being September & November!

Everything about the best western in this city was excellent from the front desk staff to the Walit staff to the young lady who made up the room. The room is large, extremely comfortable mattresses, and the amenities were excellent. I’d also send a special shout out to Vincent at the front desk thank you very much for all your help.
