Large room decently sound proofed, limited sugar for coffee in the morning not a deal breaker. Wifi was a little slow and tv was small for the room size. Balcony was nice although didn’t get to use it much.

It was a nice surprise when we walked into the room as it was large and had a fridge and we had a balcony overlooking the gold course which was lovely. My only negative was the size of the TV, very small for a nice large room.

The lobby was being renovated so it wasn’t easy to find the office and took awhile to have someone open the door. They don’t clean the rooms daily and it took the office a long time to answer the phone and bring supplies, coffee,etc

The property is very nice and the rooms were excellent- but staying in the winter is not ideal. And the key access card plan is ridiculous. We had an 84 year old with us so we had to use the elevator - we asked to have her near the elevator and she was put in the second to last room from it - there are stairs but she could not use them - you also need the key to open the gate but you have to get out to use it and the signage to where the the card tap was when leaving is ridiculous and the front desk did not explain. I believe it would be great in the summer but will not stay again in the winter

Room was renovated although weatherstripping around the door would help immensely. Short of parking in fenced compound, fobs took forever to work to enter/exit. Very comfortable beds. Would stay again!

Excellent room. Cute, clean, and close to the performing arts center. Beds are comfy, super cute tub! Our puppy loved this clean room.

When we first arrived after check in, we tryed to enter the second lobby to go to our room and the key cards did not work. So we had toback to the main lobby and obtain new cards. When we went to ma,e coffee with the Kuerig machine in the room, the filters in the machine were dirty, so there were floaties in our coffee.

It was ok, no art or prints on walls, no daily service to replentish coffee supplies, cups, etc. Odd smell in unit. I loved this hotel but not so much this time. I understand they may start renos so this will help.

We had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the golf course. Super quiet, big room, spacious, peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Check in was easy, friendly staff, Clean room with two queen beds, nice patio looking over looking the golf course. The room was quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The courtyard has a great pool and hot tub. There are many things within walking distance.

Convenient location for a concert we attended at the Events Centre. The hotel amenities were fine for our needs however we did notice that the floors were not thoroughly cleaned. Our socks and feet picked up significant dirt. Unfortunate.

Had an issue on arrival. Management was excellent and issues were resolved. They were so kind and sent us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Our stay was excellent. Enjoyed pool, restaurant and grounds.
