My fault for not reading the reviews before but there was no way i was going to chance my family staying in a hotel with roaches. It was too late to cancel so i was out the money but wasn't worth the risk

Typical motel, facilities minimal, not a hotel resort, but they still charge an additional resort fee, there is a pool but very small, no jacuzzi, I only stayed for one night here as my hotel could not accommodate me. The room is adequate and clean, bathroom small, WiFi works well. As it’s on the 111 it’s very noisy, with no double glazing. Breakfast was included, but is only for a $7 voucher and is not on site but at another restaurant down the street so you need a car, breakfast will still cost you $20 inc voucher so their claim it includes breakfast is false. The main problem was lack of electrical power in the room, it was off, they did switch it on but it tripped off again, and again and again, I gave up complaining and just went to bed without power as I just needed to sleep, however the room was unserviceable, and as such should not have been offered, no refund was offered, based on this, the room was not satisfactory and should not be chargeable

I stayed for almost 2 weeks and could never log into the the Wi-Fi, the breakfast area was only big enough for 2 or 3 people so I never got breakfast, I was accused of smoking in a room when I didn’t, they were very nice about my dog (service animal) I managed to keep the price below $90 a night, but had to pay $30 extra to not switch rooms 1/2 way through. I accidentally left a jacket in my room that was my sons & he’s been missing 9 months. I realized that I didn’t have it about 20 minutes later & asked for it several times but it “wasnt” there and it never turned up. The furniture is dated but the bathrooms were updated nicely.

No one when in to our room to clean in the 3 nights we stay there..

I checked in at the hotel after being told that I couldn’t check in without putting $100 deposit down even though I paid for the room. I know this is standard in California, but it really sucks. I need to change. I asked for towels multiple times, and no one gave them to me. There was a weird chlorine looking thing outside of my air filter. There was no heat the whole time I was here. Hopefully they can fix this because this is obviously an issue. Will not be returning anytime soon, until the maintenance does a better job.

This time I did stay for a longer time just hoped housekeeping would come in and offer more towels cause not once did they but overall enjoyed my stay .

The staff was very friendly, starting from the Reception to the cleaning ladies. I gave it a 4 since the room could be mlre cleaner. One of the blankets had a stain, but that can just be the manager not wamting the staff to replace them.b
The room does have a fridge and breakfast.the breakfast is just something small but filling. Waffles, cereal, coffe and bagels or toast.

Stay was much better than expected. Easy access with 24/7 reception. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and a continental free breakfast. Free parking on site - why stay at an expensive LAX airport hotel. Love the Manhattan and El Segundo area and you feel escaped from the airport scene. Hotel good for 1-2 day stays.

My plans changed just before due to weather but the hotel would not entertain even a partial credit or refund. I will never stay here again and actively advocate boycotting this hotel.

For the size of the room the price was worth it, I rented the King bed with queen sofa, but the pillow were so flat I requested more but never showed up

The staff and management are very cordial and attentive. I have seen them handle situations with difficult people with kindness, professional and respect. The property is consistently welcoming.

Check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and worth the price. Don’t think twice. Commute to and from LAX was comfortable and less time consuming. Go for it if you’re looking for an affordable place to spend the night.

Good place to stay

Conveniently close to the airport. Shower curtain was a little bit too short in length for the shower, room and hallway areas smelled heavily of bleach constantly, breakfast was really lacking. Tiny room with a waffle maker and some coffee, a mini fridge with a few things basically and very cramped.

front-desk staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and nice! the rooms were good, big and comfortable. parking space was great and big enough for all the guests. shampoo and other amenities were way better than expected.
the bathroom was dirty, found pubic hair on the floor. breakfast has to be taken exactly at their time, got there 20 minutes later and even though the food was still available the responsible woman wouldn't let us in.

We stayed for 1 night and got a big suit for 99 USD. I had booked 2 queen beds and got a big suit with 2 bedrooms and big bath. The condition of the room was very good. They have recently renovated it. Yes there were some issues with the room since it is a old property. The staff were very helpful. They have complimentary breakfast which was very basic but they didn’t have any protein in the menu. The pantry was very small, it could only accommodate 4 people at a time. There is no space in pantry to sit and eat, you have to take the food to your room or to a open veranda near pantry. Location is also good. Its 1 mile away from Manhattan Beach Pier. There are lots of restaurants near by.

This place is a druggie house , there are drugged out people in and out of this hotel and making noise all night. They even have a sofa and a microwave outside in the hallway. The room was very old and outdated and moldy in the bathroom.
