Run run run! Nasty, roach infested, everything needs an upgrade they need to just tear the whole facility down and start over. Its not worth your money or time. Microwave didnt work. It was roaches falling from the ceiling! It was so bad that my dog was uncomfortable! So bad that the only thing me and my daughter could do was take a shower we couldnt even sleep in the room. Me, my daughter, and dog literally slept in the car. Ened up paying for the night bc we didnt cancel within the first 15 min. Run and dont look back!

Room was dirty ask for a non smoking room and of course it smelted like a pack of cigarettes. Dogs were barking all through out the night. After my daughter showered we noticed housekeeping left someone panties on the shower rod. I wouldn’t advise any decent person to stay here. I wished I could’ve got my money back.

This place needs to be remodled u have to go to two or three rooms to see if heat work and really none of the room gets very room but y'all want 75 to 80$ a night a real joke but it's a lady at the front desk a younger lady she try her hardest to help but she nows the condition of this hotel

The heater did not work on an 18 degree night, the elevator was out and despite being a non-smoking hotel, it smelled of smoke and weed. The armed security guard in the lobby was at least somewhat reassuring. The 2 stars were backed up.

I made a reservation and selected pay at the location but I tried to cancel the reservation two hours after and the option was greyed out then my card was charged and the hotel tells me to call hotel.com then hotel.com tells me to call the hotel so I got no assistance and this is very awful service. Each time after that I call to speak with manager am told she is not there and the representative is very rude. I do not advise anyone to attach there card to these apps or websites

I stayed at this Motel for three nights, there is a lot of homeless and drug adict in the area, if you want to stay there please be careful because this Motel is dangerous. The first night I was in my room at 2 AM someone was trying to open the door and break into my room fortunately the door was locked inside. The second night someone called me at 4 AM at the Motel phone that was in the room asking me "in which room I am".
I didn't see even one guest during my three nights staying at the Motel. The aisle, elevator and escalator smell smoke and are dirty. There is dog poop 💩 in the parking lot. It seems to me they are using a shelter for homeless as Motel.

I was left without a room when I got into town. My flight was delayed and they gave my room away even after purchasing the $9 insurance. Horrible experience.

This is a very nice hotel. Reasonable price, extra security and very nice staff. Ms. Betty at the front desk was a very, kind and sweet staff.

Do not stay here unless you want roaches crawling on you while you sleep. Be prepared to be given a room under construction or one with roaches. No working elevator. All rooms have to be accessed from the inside through the lobby and you will have to climb stairs

There’s no lights out front of the building there’s bugs in my room and whoever is in the room above us will not stop stomping around

The staff was very professional, and attentive to your needs. For example I needed more bedding upon arrival to my room. Ms. Murphy the front desk agent personally brought the items up to my room. She was very helpful.
Facilities are a little bit outdated, but the rooms are clean and their are no pests. Prices are cheap.

I want to thank the manager and the security people for making my stay a true pleasure. Everyone was helpful and professional. Even the guests of the hotel were pleasant and expressed interest in my stay. The room was very clean. I liked that there was no carpet.....makes for a cleaner room. You guys did a great job. I realize that the neighborhood is not ideal but it was a bit uncomfortable having the homeless in the parking lot. They never bothered me and I know that they have the right to live where they want but it was a bit uncomfortable.

My 2 year old woke up with bites all over his face and body, and crust around his eyes, that he didn’t have before we got there. The floor was filthy and our feet were black. The bathroom was disgusting and had writing all over the walls. There was some unidentified residue on the counters and overall it just wasn’t a good area to be in with small kids.

I did not appreciate that at all picture this, When you first walk in You notice the overwhelming smell of roach spray, Soon after that, you'll notice how much security cameras apart from the security guard. That has a desk right in the front and the other security guard. That's inside the checking booth, That there must be daily issues occurring in the premises. But soon after that, you get your key from the check in clerk. And you obviously make your way to an elevator that will take you to whatever floor you were given. Okay, so stop there, big mistake. Do not get in the elevator, take The stairs trust me on that because if you thought the smell of roach spray was bad. What do you get in that elevator smell that you concentrated urine!

But wait, there's more because now you're going to enter your room. At first glance from the door you may say. Oh okay, not God awful. But then you turn on the lights, and they don't work for a minute, so you have to figure them out. Eventually, you're gonna get those lights on. And you're gonna wish you'd never figured it outhat was awful. My bathroom was so incredibly bad and discussing. I literally walked to the gas station and purchased a bottle of bleach. Talking about walking to the gas station! Do not walk around in that neighborhood. There's trash and hobos everywhere, let's not forget the junkies. It's not a good experience. The hotel was over $70 not worth it.

First, they couldn’t find my reservation. The front desk lady became rude when I showed her my email confirmation. She kept saying I had nothing. she finally found it and gave me the key. Building is gross, dirty and nasty. Halls smelled of urine and stains everywhere. Out front a lady on meth was asking everyone for cigarettes and change. Only had two towels. I asked for more and the house keepers were gone so the front lady didn’t try to help get us more towels. Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Again, overall it was gross and I felt like I needed to take three showers after I left.

The remotes did not work; the rooms were not sanitized (hairs in the sink and soiled sheets as in feces on the sheets that were not changed; carpets smelled of urine like odor; toilet bowl not clean; surfaces in room not sanitized); this hotel rents roomd weekly so those long term guests were extremely noisy with young children up and down the halls as if it were a playground!!!
Very crime ridden area with transient citizens lurking between the hotel property and the main access to Candler Road; the security guard [diesel he called himself] was extremely rude:
1) As I was waiting for a front desk staff, he shouted at me that I could not wait in the lobby (really???); 2) when I was checking out, again waiting for a front desk attendant to get a receipt, the same guy told me that they don't give receipts [really???]
I know this place is a dump but it has gotten worse in a year since I last stayed here in 2021!!! I did the weekly rental in 2021at $415 and just learned that the weekly rental has been raised to $650.00 [what a rip off to folks who are mostly unable to qualify for apartments and homes so they use these types of motels!!!)
The housekeeping staff needs training in general cleaning and more specifically given COVID-19 they need sanitization training with emphasis to high touch areas that must be cleaning daily!!!
This was the worst experience in my sixty (60) years of travel!!!

It was terrible. I booked online a day in advance, and I still had to wait an hour and a half for them to clean the room after I came the next day. The motel is ridiculously overpriced for the service it gives, and I got sick my first night here. There is constant suspicious activity going on, and the entire motel smells like old urine and feces. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ON A BUDGET OR NOT

We had to wait 4hours to check in after three because rooms still weren’t clean and available. We literally didn’t get a room til 7pm!!!!! The room wasn’t clean at all, there was still trash from the previous guest, no toilet paper, no clean towels, the tub was dirty, the flooors weren’t clean!!! This place was just the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Then on top of that it was full of ghetto people and someone peed in the elevator, all the trash bins were packed with trash. I will never recommend this place to anyone. It isn’t always best to go the cheapest route smh!!!

First upon checking in I went up to my room (306) and saw that the room wasn’t completely finished so then I checked for towels and rags there wasn’t any there was no trash can the bed wasn’t made no blanket so I called the front desk and made a complaint and I was told that everything was going to be sent up by house keeping but it never came so as time went by I called again and I was told that shift has changed so I explained to them my situation but I wasn’t accommodated so I’m not satisfied with my stay I couldn’t even sleep
