We throughly enjoyed the room. Very spacious and the breakfast was FANTASTIC.

Took a short family weekend trip to visit the KC area and to take our 11 y/o to her first Chiefs game! The wife and I have visited the KC area now about a half dozen times, but we never have stayed in the Overland Park area. Homewood Suites made us feel right at home. Check in was a breeze and all the staff were very courteous throughout the weekend. Breakfast was delicious with great options. Room was spacious and having the fireplace in the living area was a nice touch as my wife is cold 24/7! The room and furniture are a little dated, but cozy. Bed was comfy and everything was clean. WiFi was good. Tons of shopping and eating in the OP area and very easy to navigate to other parts of KC. We were able to get to everything we wanted to see in the KC area such as Union Station, Gordon Ramsays Steak, and Arrowhead all with about a 20 minute drive time. We very much enjoyed returning to our suite every time we went out and that’s a great sign you are staying somewhere pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

The customer service desk staff tries but the staff in the food prep very sloppy some of the cleaning staff sloppy no pride at times with their work. Breakfast service could be better! No effort in it.

Room was not ready at promised check in time delayed our plans. I kept on getting told they were working on it, and never really checked or followed up on. They were more upset I booked thru Expedia than anything.

Coffee and cookies upon arrival was welcoming. Clean rooms w/extra blanket and pillow. Usual free breakfast but everything was hot. Check-in was fast and friendly.

I did not like that customer service was never at the front desk. I had to wait more than 5 minutes every time i went to the front counter only for their front desk workers to come out from the back room.

This is the second we stay at this location for a soccer tournament. I sought this one out particularly because of how great the staff and facility was. We had to bring our pets last minute and they were very accommodating. We plan to stay here again

I was having a special night with my husband and I paid for a room with the fireplace. When I got there there was not a fireplace. And instead of trying to accommodate me in any way, I was just told there was none available.

Checkin was exactly at 3 pm - so don't arrive early. Otherwise, pool was a great place to hang out and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Beds comfortable but floors squeaked above as did beds when you sat on them. Comfortable stay but surroundings were highways yet convenient to relative's home and KC.

Great hotel. Close to all the things we like to do. Only ding is the fitness center. No free weights just cardio machines. One treadmill the elevation wouldn't work. Also very small.

We booked this property because it did not list itself as a pet friendly spot and we are allergic to pets. Unfortunately as we got off the elevator to our room the dog in a room by us was barking so loud it was hard to miss. That was very disappointing and hurt it overall. Please correct your website to help those of us who are concerned and allergic.

Our stay was great! This particular hotel has 2 bedroom suites which are perfect for our needs. I had booked two rooms for family, and there was a bit of confusion paying for them on the separate credit cards. It totally got messed up, but the morning of check out, it was rectified…I’ve stayed here numerous times and this hotel is great!

ALMOST EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE WITH THIS PROPERTY. NICE CLEAN SUITE, THICK TOWELS, CEILING FAN IN BEDROOM, IN ROOM AMENITIES FUNCTIONING, GOOOOOD BREAKFAST (WIFE LOVED THE COTTAGE CHEESE), AND COFFEE ALL DAY. THE PARKING WAS NOT SO GOOD AND THE ELEVATORS CONFUSED US ONCE

Our complete experience was excellent! This place topped anyplace we have ever stayed. In town for a family member graduation. Family came we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and even other guests. It was a gold star visit for sure! We will be looking for them in our future travels.

They never supplied extra washcloths. Otherwise stay was ok.

The staff was friendly but I thought the rooms were not cleaned well. The stairs were left with leaves and other debris and had a strange odor. The breakfast was nice and kept clean.

For the amazing ratings this hotel gets, our experience was terrible. We had no hot water for washing or bathing. It only ever got luke warm. Our windows didn't lock even though they latched and there was unlevel, pulled up, creaking flooring in one of the bedrooms. The tv remote in the common room did not work. We also did not have any extra trash bags, or a 'no disturb' sign and had to call.
