Friendly, clean, comfortable, great access to the University, shopping, restaurants, and the Square.

Great stay. I didn’t pay attention to the pictures of the hotel so I was a little caught off guard with the looks from the outside, but the rooms were great and very clean! I already have this hotel booked in a few weeks. It is definitely worth the price and close to all the restaurants and shopping!

The view was the highway which I heard all night long the room was pretty dirty including bathroom someone else’s soap was left there on the tub the worst part was the remote didn’t work and it wasn’t the batteries I had to get up to change the channel only reason I stayed twice was because she called my room at 10:56 am checkout was 11 and I was on a business trip so I wouldn’t of had enough time to go and pack it up and leave it clean so it’ was another night I chose to stay.

Great location, room was very clean but when turned in the fan/ac unite it smelled of cigarette smoke and my kids picked up on it immediately. We just assumed it may have been a smoking room in the past. Can’t beat the location and price was good for being a very busy weekend in town.

This was the dirtiest hotel ever.

Arthur at the front desk was lovely, and this was the only property available for the weekend, which I appreciated. The condition of the property was rough ; renovations from the takeover are incomplete but cleanliness still left something to be desired. A couple bugs, some residue on the bathroom walls, some stains on the couch. Overpriced because it was a football weekend, under normal circumstances I would never have paid almost 300 a night for this

Arthur was great. There was a slight problem with a guest getting loud when we were checking in. (Football weekend) He handled it very promptly and professionally and he has excellent costumer service skills. Room was clean and comfy. The only complaint was the ice machine was not working.
Starbucks was right next door.

Lobby seemed to be under construction, in addition to the bathroom in room. Room was ok- tub and potty room needed some work. Had everything we needed for our quick overnight. Starbucks next door was a nice surprise.

breakfast was very limited to a few and not sufficient offerings. but over all pleased with stay.

Old Quality Inn. it was fine, but priced very high for what it was

Hotel was a dump. Fridge was melting and made carpet all wet, toilet leaked water all over the bathroom floor. You shouldn’t charge the rates you charge for your hotel and it be so crappy. I would give you 2stars out of 5.

The room was not properly cleaned. Some of the light fixtures were not working.

2 of 3 times i have stayed at this hotel,i didn't get the room i reserved...I dont know what the problem is,but if i book a king room,i expect a ki g room to be waiting when i get there....my medical problems require me to sllep in a bigger bed if i am to sleep in the same bed as my wife..cant cancel booking once i get there or it will charge me a fee,so 2 times we have had to sleep in different beds..not happy and will not stay here again...

This property was so run down that I didn’t even want to check in. I called hotels.com to explain that I was going to find other accommodations and they informed me they would reach out to the property to get a refund. Then I was informed that the manager never contacted them with this approval. So as of today, I have not been refunded for a stay I never had. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and would advise anyone attempting to book this property, to not!

There were certain unspeakable stains on the couch. Glad I didn't have my girlfriend with me. We would have been out of there immediately.

Our check in was great. The desk person was friendly and courteous.
Unfortunately our room was not what we expected. There was an odor that sent my sinus into overdrive and quite unpleasant.

This was one of the absolute dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. I was given a smokers room to start because they had no other rooms open. When we walked in it wreaked of smoke. I went to Walmart to purchase Clorox wipes and Febreeze since we were stuck with this hotel since there was no availability anywhere. When I wiped down everything, in particular the light switches I was disgusted. Green and brown dirt came off the switches. There was throw up stains on the side of the bed. The back of the door looks like someone spilled something on it. The iron had filth under it. The bedspread had multiple cigarette holes on it. I really have no words to describe this place. It was so bad that I woke up to sounds of a machine changing the name on the place mid-stay. I doubt anything will change with new ownership because I was there 2 more days and nothing changed. I wasn't even asked how everything was when I checked out.

Property needs an update. A/C in room made the carpet wet. Bathroom amenities were very limited.
Phone did not work, microwave handle broken off, toilet made noises on and off, and ice machine area was very dirty.

Nice woman at the desk. Good location. Horrible smell in room and wet carpet from dripping air conditioner. I won’t stay there again.

Room was clean and beds very comfortable

It needs to be updated big time. To many items to say what was wrong. To be a big college town they need to update.

I accidentally booked smoking instead of non-smoking. I asked could I have non clerk stated no. Couldn’t quite understand why when rooms were available. Older hotel needs little TLC. Faucet in sink hot water side not working. But place lay head for one night.

Great location close to stadium. Room smelled very strongly of bleach but bathroom was not very clean. Dirty towels from previous guest still hung on the back of the door. There were 2 microwaves neither had a handle to open the door. Cheap and safe location but overall I wouldn't stay there again.

This hotel is in a fabulous location for the University. We seen Morgan Wallen at the college and was able to walk the 2 miles to get there. Other than that, for $300 a night, I would check other hotels in the area. Do not expect anything for the continental breakfast other than a waffle or a bowl of cereal. Overall disappointed for the price.

It is a clean place to lay your head at night.

Friendly guy named Arthur checked us in. Drinks and snacks available in lobby for $1 each. Room large with two queen beds and a desk, dresser, oversized nightstand, and arm chair with ottoman. Bathroom sink gushed and sprayed water if faucet turned on more than a tiny bit. But plenty of hot water. A few towels stained so we didn’t use them. But overall, a bargain, great location, and very comfortable hotel for the price. Paid more for one in NC the night before that was not as nice. Had a fridge and microwave, is next door to a Starbucks, and very close to Ole Miss campus.

The beds were comfortable, but the room smelled, the safety latch was broken on the door and the bath light fixture was missing its glass, exposing one bulb in a two bulb fixture.

Minor leak from bath tub. Nice easy quick and cheap. Everything a motel should be

Hotel shower did not work. Had to take a shower in another room until it was fixed. Blood was on bed cover.

No elevator. Stairwell dirty. Breakfast inadequate. Ice machine in a filthy closet.

First time to stay at this location. The man that checked me in was very professional and courteous. I had no problems at all and felt safe the whole time traveling alone. It was a little high priced for what it was but I was comfortable. I would consider booking again.

Extremely over priced!
The room needed major maintenance and furniture replacement.

After having a reservation down the stress from the Quality Inn and Suites, and being totally appalled with the conditions, we decided to check this hotel out. The rooms were clean, smelled fresh, and the beds were very comfortable. Only issues are, there are no elevators for senior citizens or people with disabilities, the sink and tub drain very slowly, and although they advertise "Breakfast", the breakfast was very limited with just waffles, coffee and juice, and a few bananas. No eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Mediocre to poor breakfast. We were also very surprised at the attire the front office staff wore - flip flops, shorts, and wrinkly dirty T-shirt. Good personality but really needed to step up his attire to represent his hotel.

The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was nice. The service was ok. We arrived late around midnight the deck clerk came right to the window after the 2nd call. The room door was wide open and a little smelly, like old water once we closed the door and turned on the heat it went away.
I was mainly disappointed with the Breakfast, the website said it was a full breakfast bar, all they had was cereal, waffles, yogurt, bananas, juice, and coffee. No protein at all. I picked this hotel because of the breakfast bar and we had to get up earlier to go by it and we stayed 25 minutes away from our destination for a good breakfast on site. If I knew it would be so minimal I would have stayed closer so eating out would not have been rushed. Oh, and the sheets had blood stains on them, not too big up enough that made me remember it.

I paid for a room with two queen beds, these beds were full size. We were cramped and the beds were very uncomfortable I woke up with a backache every morning, if I got any sleep at all. And it also said breakfast was included. Breakfast was coffee and a banana. That is not breakfast. I will not be staying at Quality inn and suites never again

The property was clean, as well as room. Front desk clerk that was on duty was friendly at all.
