Will not stay here again. The place is dirty and noisy through the night. Our beds looked the sheets didn’t get washed well. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Looked like mice poop by walls, air conditioner barely worked.

I guess it is because they welcome dog owners but my room smelled like a damp kennel. It also had bugs in it. I tried to sleep there and if I were 30 years younger probably could have but not now. I checked out. The staff was fine, however. This place needs a big renovation or perhaps stay as it is, serving a niche market for big dog owners.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was not that great. The outside grounds need to be cleaned cigarette butts all over and trash. Swimming pool and computer were not working. If you are traveling on a budget it's okay for one night anything else I would recommend somewhere else.

Front desk staff was friendly.

The room was dirty and smelled like mold. There was mold in the bathroom and in the carpet by air conditioner. The pool that is advertised was half empty and had green mold in it. The paint was peeling and bricks are missing outside

The AC did not ok properly in the first room. They did change us to another room. There was a 5 gallon bucket in the hall in front of our door of the second room because of a leak in the ceiling. The TV did not work, couldn't be fixed. There was a bar of soap on the shower ledge from the previous occupant. The toilet paper holder would fall out of the wall. The min-fridge was frozen so solid you could not close the door and it was leaking on the floor. The hall carpet was very worn and shabby. The pool was horrible!!! GREEN water and lots of trash!!!
Now for the positive - the bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was over all good.

We had an emergency at our home and had to stay somewhere for a couple of days. We chose Hotel Muskogee because it waa reasonably priced and had decent ratings. We were very pleased with the cleanliness ans service, which are the moat impoetant things. Rhe hotel and furniture were a little outdated, but clean and comfortable. I would recommend for a clean and convenient place to stay.

Hotel was disgusting when I went to check in they didn’t even have my reservation so I had to find other accommodations

Hotel was extremely dirty. Pool had no water in it and surrounding area was filthy. The maintenance guy was laying on a poolside chair smoking. Floor was filthy. We went to the room, key wouldn’t work. It is absolutely the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. We could not stay there. I asked for them to reimburse my money. They said they would, but I won’t hold my breath. I was actually afraid to stay there because of the conditions.

Clean, quiet, very small elevator not suited for handicap or large strollers. Housekeeping were friendly and helpful.

Rooms were very outdated with repairs needed some had been made but were obvious ie wall and ceiling patches visible and unpainted, curtains had mold on them with large holes. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Well it started off with a very unhappy employee checking us in! Used the lobby restroom to find a stopped up toilet, no soap or paper towels. Room was not the one advertised on Expedia, but the shift supervisor did the right thing and moved us to the correct room. The hall carpet is gross and stained up. The jacuzzi tub was huge and as I expected from my booking. However the faucet was broken and began to leak down stairs even. Paint on bathroom wall chipped up, room door is hard to close, and 2 of the lamps didn’t work. Overall not a great experience!!! Find another place to stay until they clean/fix this place up.

The hotel is absolutely disgusting. The moment you walk in you get hit in the face with mold/mildew. Walking to the room down the hallway make sure you bring water shoes because you can literally feel all the water under your feet. Hotel had so much moisture in the room even the bed was soaked. Blood stains on the walls in the bathroom. Definitely a drug/prostitution hotel. Not sure how it got so many good reviews because it’s terrible. I checked in and checked right back out. I was traveling alone so I felt very unsafe in the hotel. Staff was nice tho, getting my money back and canceling the room was easy. Do not recommend

Absolutely horrible conditions. Number of things wrong. "Full breakfast" is nothing more than frozen breakfast burritos or frozen sandwiches that you have to heat up in the microwave. The pool was green and had not been taken care of, even though it was June. The furniture in the room was damaged; the microwave was dented on top; the TV etc was plugged into a surge protector that was just hanging there; stains in the tub; black mold on the caulk and the ceiling in the bathroom; stains on the wall that were either crayon or blood, not sure which one; only saw housekeeping once even though we were there for 3 nights; had to go into the housekeeping closet myself just to get clean towels. I've posted pics for confirmation. Waiting on Hotels.com to process a refund. Staff would not help since I booked though Hotels.com app. Definitely not even remotely close to worth the almost $400 I paid for it.

Property was close to many shopping areas and restaurants. Starbucks, IHOP, and QT with walking distance and so much more.

Smelt bad and there was water damage all over the room. The bathrooms were horribly painted also. Bed wasn't too bad and breakfast was decent.

I booked in Feb for May and my room did not have the jetted tub. They said Expedia put me in room 200 and that is all he could do. I asked to cancell my reservation since the room was not what I had booked and the gentleman called his manager and they said they could not do that, they would be fined for cancelling since they already booked me in. The carpets was filthy through out the hotel and there was profanity written on the door frame of the elevator. The swimming pool was dirty and stagnant water looked like they have not cleaned from the last year. The shower curtain was about to fall off the wall. They did not code me key for they 2 nights so was locked out when we returned and had to have the office rekey.

Absolutely disgusting and old. Had we not already been traveling for 10 hours with two young children, we wouldn't have stayed. Other local hotels didn't have availability. Poop on walls, black mold, air conditioning barely worked, several lights and outlets didn't work, which I'm sure is a fire hazard. I wouldn't take my shoes off. We just slept and left.

It was a cute little hotel but the bed was dirty with stains along with sheets and comforters and the window shades were burnt from cigarettes it looked like

Big comfort room. Great breakfast selection. Close to town and shopping near by.

Place was rundown and dirty. No smoke alarm. Toilet ran constantly. Pool was nasty brown. Sheets had blood stains.

This hotel is disgusting and poorly maintained. Owners should be ashamed of it. Rooms are outdated and reek of smoke. Rust and dust in the rooms carpets and finishings.
Breakfast is sad, with not hot items. Theres a dirty microwave available for use. Hotel staff smoke right at the entrance. Stains on the hallways carpet. Every single day, I had to have my key cards remade. Water contains don't work and no water in the fitness room. Just gross!! DEFINITELY AVOID!!

Do not stay here! Very old! Stains on the walls, bed skirt, and floor. The beds were good! The pool was disgusting! Brown water. Not worth the $100 I paid!

Large bug in sink of suite. Phone not working, unable to call desk to request bed linens that were not in room. Limited breakfast items.

The property was not as pictured. Property inside and outside dirty....looked as if the building going to be renovated. A "Lift" parked in entryway area to door,,,,going inside numerous boxes and equipment....staff not friendly. Going to room.......elevator dirty.....carpeting in hallway and room dirty. In roomsink plugged....shower/tube cracked and dirty. Ceiling areas patched......numerous other items. In the morning "breakfast" consisted of cold cereal boxes, gallon of milk to use in refrigerator, vanilla yogurt, coffee..and some packaged blueberry muffins. Too many other issues to mention....worst stay in a hotel my wife and I have been in 20 years. First time ever in a Comfort Inn and the last.

Our room needed repairs. We coukdnt get the channels on the TV to work right. Maintenence came and they couldnt fix it. Bathroom was outdated and when ny husband tried to take a shower the water was scalding and cold water wasn't any use at all. Their brand of coffee was terrible. Our room was not a good for the price we paid. Will not stay at that hotel again. That being said they are renovating their other hotel behind them. So we might try again not sure.

We’ll when we got there, we walked in, and checked in, the guy at the front desk talked really quiet, gave us our card to the room. Now we paid for a room with a jetted tub. We get up to the room, and it looked decent wasn’t bad at all we go check out the tub, and it’s a regular bath tub. So we go to the desk and tell him we paid for a room with a jetted tub he looks us up and says the room we have is a jetted tub, I explained to him it wasnt. He told us we have to call who we booked through. So I did. And checked out of this one.
I would call and make sure you have the right room you paid for before hand

Good location. Great staff!

Have stayed in several comfort inns, this one more run down than the avg., check in went ok, room air was on and cool, bed comfortable and clean, chair and carpet need some cleaning or replaced, bath clean and adequate, allows pets, fire alarm missing from ceiling, shower...plenty of extreme hot water, (faucet had no stop for where it shut off), tile floor looked great, breakfast was coffee, milk, orange juice on request, packaged chocolate waffle, banana nut muffin, cereal, apple, orange,
( would like to see some bisquits and gravy with sausage and eggs,,,maybe bacon too for the price we paid consider it a calling card for the business)
pool looked ok didn't partake, building has issues of damage from previous leaking roof, fake rock crumbling from front of building, location ok, close to fuel stop and eateries, lighted parking was great, seen a couple of 18 wheelers parked nearby,
so if you are needing a good safe lit up, nothing special place to rest it fits the ticket
