Dirty. Doors on the outside didn’t lock.

Hotel was older under remodel. Nothing like the pictures. The only things offered for breakfast was coffee and granola bars. The morning clerk was miserable. She was not helpful at all.

Worst hotel ever. It was sketchy, dirty in the halls and worse in the room. Pillows didn't have covers, and the one that did was filthy. The bathroom was not cleaned, nothing was dusted, it had extremely old furniture, and a poor room layout. Seriously the worst hotel I have ever been too. We couldn't stay there, so we requested our money back. She first wanted us to look at a second room on another floor. The door was open, and it looked as if someone already had been in there?? Thankfully she agreed to speak with Expedia for us to get reimbursed, however, we never recovered the $28.00 pet fee that she said would be reimbursed on the hotels end. Seriously, this hotel looked like it was housing questionable clientele and full time dwellers. Never again!

It needs to be better cleaned, the room was not well tidy.

I booked a room with a queen and pull out sofa and was given a room with 2 full beds that were crammed into this awkwardly shaped room. There was no room to walk around. Also there was no coffee pot in the room -very disappointed overall. Would not recommend

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in a lot. TV didn’t work and I smelled drugs all night. The shower was full of hair It didn’t feel safe. I travel alone all the time and this is the first time I’ve ever felt unsafe. I was booked two nights but left after one. I never slept. Only thing good was the two front desk people who tried to help get the TV going but couldn’t. This place is being used by locals as low cost housing and it’s really rough.

The property had litter all around it in the grassy areas. The room had not been vacuumed. I had a dog in there and I always check under the bed to be sure there isn't anything the dog can get into. But in this room #110, there were crumbs and a water bottle and plastic glass sitting under there. The room floor was sticky. One pillow was dirty. The window was open when I entered the room for the first time and a screen was broken. No way to lock the window. Very poor.

Aside from 1 German Cockroach I came across on Sat AM, I was happy with my stay. It is obvious that this ESA works hard to keep everything clean.

Disgustingly dirty, old and horrible smelling room. Trash not emptied, sticky floor, outside doors propped open by rocks, back parking lot had people, at all hours, hanging around their cars...did not feel safe.

The staff is warm, welcoming and friendly. Property is conveniently located, safe, quiet.
Room were disappointing. Kitchen cabinets, appliances, etc. are outdated needs to be updated.

The hallway was stinky. The tub was inexcusably disgusting. Hard surfaces such as mirror, desktop, dresser top were NOT CLEAN. Visible crumbs & greasy. I used entire pack of Lysol wipes on surfaces. Poor attempts to repair wall holes, sub par to amateur. One side of towel holder was repositioned higher…unpatched screw hole from the repair. Due to visible filth, I was skeptical of the entire room. The sole redeemable part was good location & under $100. Disgusting carpet in the room…sorely needed upgrades. Exiting front door smelled of smoke. Hotel personnel about 20’ feet away, smoking. Stayed 1 night & left early prior to my expected checkout. Unsure why there is a descent rating on Expedia. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Hair in shower. Dirty washcloth in shower. Toilet filthy. Smelled like an ash tray. Bed rolled away every time you got in it. Manager was nice, but was very rude to someone on the phone and told me how stupid they were.... not very impressed.

The room had not been cleaned. The pull out sofa was missing a mattress. We needed 2 beds. There were no towels or wash cloths in the room. We did not stay due to the lack of a mattress. I will say, the employee working the front desk was amazing. She was beyond apologetic and ashamed of the condition of the room. The manager did provide us a refund. The staff was the redeeming quality of the location.

I wish I could share pictures. Theresa at the Front Desk was more than accommodating, but that's where it stopped. The Manager was supposed to reach out to me and has yet to. While the linens were clean, the room itself was a disaster. The hallways were in need of a major reno as was our room. Complete disappointment.

The whole place is very old and run-down, with a funny smell that lingered throughout the whole place.
There is a kitchenette in each room, but no pots/pans, plates, bowls or silverware, or really anything you can use to cook or eat a meal— what’s the point of the kitchenette?! Not even a coffee maker in the room.
No remote control for the TV, and the satellite signal kept going out every 20-30 seconds, so watching TV was pointless.
No housekeeping at all in my three days there.
The one positive was that the staff was overall very pleasant to deal with.
I booked this place because it was cheap and had mostly good reviews— don’t know how! Spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere else.

Perfect location for me as it was close to the interstate but far enough that there wasn't constant traffic noise. Very convenient to family events in Miamisburg as well as to go ride the bikeways of the Miami Ohio Valley system.

A disadvantage is that there is no elevator that I'm aware of. I was on the main floor and found that I could quickly get to the from parking lot and the rear parking lot using the stairs and front and back doors. The advantages are reasonable price, nice neighborhood, near the action, nice room with kitchenette, easy and effective temperature control, and HBO/HBO2 if you want it, also WIFI, friendly staff, quiet at late night (actually quiet most of the time). Pots and pans, dishes, etc. are available. Easy to get to. GPS works pretty well. Problem: no traffic light on main highway, but there is a center lane, and the traffic seems to thin periodically, so that it is fairly easy to get on the main highway. If they keep their prices competitive, I plan to stay there the next time I come up..

There were no amenities in the kitchen.
No cups, bowls, plates, spoons, forks, paper towels. Nothing!

Firstly, the staff was super friendly. They always greeted me when I came and went. Even when the occasional rude tenant shunned their greetings they kept a cheerful attitude.
The overall hotel was fine. It is older and in need of some renovations that are probably too costly for the owner to take on.
Some of the key issues focused on the carpet and the bathroom. The carpet is probably original and is showing the “wear and tear” through some faded areas and stains. In the bathroom (in my room) there was a patch job in the drywall that was completely unprofessional. The tub had some stains that were not coming out with basic cleaners. The room itself was fine. Bed was clean. No bugs. TV was standard (32”) for a low budget place.
Outside, the parking area was small but I never lacked a place to park.
If you don’t require all the amenities of the high priced hotels (pool, continental breakfast, etc) then this place will take care of your needs.

I arrived to hotel after 10hrs on the road. The front desk gentleman was very odd, told us how he was going to go home and cuddle with his 5 cats! We were tired, we went through with check in, get to room he comes up tells us card declined. No! I have a receipt from Orbitz and a pending charge! Due to the sketchy trip to my room and his very odd behavior we left. Went to another hotel, called Orbitz who got our refund because we were charged! Dont stay here! Very creepy.

The room/hall way smelled of smoke. The bed sheets had stains and hairs on them, there was mold in the shower, under the bed didn’t look like it had been cleaned in years, someone else’s cloths were still in the dresser. I left and went someplace else asap

It started off with the rooms being wrong not what we reserved. We reserved queen bed with pullout sofa we got queen bed with a chair, so no place for my son to sleep. Science experiment in the fridge, ants in the A/C and no keys all weekend, key-maker was broke. The kitchen was nice but just not very clean.

Really enjoyed my stay. It was only for one night, but if I have to come back to Dayton, Ohio, I will be staying here again. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and was quiet for the most part. No complaints out of me and the young lady at the front desk was amazing.

It appeared to us that this hotel
Is more of an apartment than a hotel. It did not feel safe which was unsettling with a toddler. We were not given the room we reserved. The bathroom was not cleaned. The front door has damage that appeared to be from a dog chewing the bottom of the door and door frame. And was just painted over. It also seemed that the locked had been broken off the door and poorly repaired. There was a large dent and crack in the bathroom door. The was no toilet paper, towels, or soap in the bathroom.

Booked a room with two double beds. Instead, I was given a King with pullout sofa. Pullout sofa had no mattress. Room was dirty and dated. Holes in carpet and stains in carpet. Countertops were sticky. Jell-O shots left in freezer. Only positive was the employee who tried his best to help us. He found a mattress and helped as much as he could. His name is Carl and went above and beyond. Thank you Carl.

Unfortunately, missing a lot of amenities I am used to at an Extended Stay America. It was perfectly fine for one night, but it would have been awful for more than that.

I canceled my reservation after i stepped into my room to find an open window that had a broken lock. Room was so outdated and filthy I would not have stayed even if the window locked. Y'all need to put some money into your property.

I did like that it was close to the mall and dining. I didn't like that it has no elevator. The picture does not depict how the property looks. However, it was clean.

Place was dirty..first room smelled like cigarettes bad. However the staff did accommodate us and moved us to a different room quickly. Next room the remote had no batteries, 1 set of towels for 2 people, no lightbulbs in the bed table lamps. Hallways were absolutely disgusting with rotting holes in the ceilings from water damage. Trash all around the outside of the building. The only good thing about our stay was the staff were very pleasant and kind!
