This was an overnight stop on our way to Italy. The hotel was very quiet despite close proximity to the motorway. The staff were really helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. Nice views over the surrounding hills.
No tea/coffee in the room but a station off reception with free water, tea and coffee. There was no breakfast in the hotel but a croissant was provided in the morning and if someone wants a larger breakfast then the buffet restaurant next to the hotel is available. Also, hotel guests receive a 20% discount on a meal there and there was a fair choice of food to suit most people.
We would definitely be happy to stay there again, particularly with the cost of Swiss accommodation which can be much more expensive if you’re not planning on spending more time there

Great location for travelling through the area with good free parking immediately outside. Complementary coffee, water and cake in reception is a nice touch. Very close to a good service station with associated restaurant serving a nice rangebof meals at reasonable prices. The only issue ue we have is that the pillows in the bedrooms are not the most comfortable.

All our hotel experiences with IHG in Europe have been about a 3 or 4. There is SO MUCH room for improvement! I just wish they cared more about their customers!
