BED BUGS. Yes, there were bed bugs in my bed and i have the pictures and bites to prove it. Luckily, i saw one crawl by my head before I fell asleep. I grabbed it and threw it in the sink. I Google image searched it and sure enough, bed bugs. I saw two at the time. I went to the front desk and told the guy what was going on. He seemed surprised and moved me to another room and let me check it before he assigned it to me. He was nice enough but didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I went back to get my things from room 115 and checked the bed again. Now, there were 5 bugs that I could see crawling around. I'm sure there were more than that hiding but I wasn't going to look for them! The next morning I called the manager asking for a refund and she said she would look into it and call me back that day. I never heard anything and called her back the next business day. Since I booked through Expedia she was waiting to hear from them so she could initiate the refund. She said they found 2 dead bugs but that's it. Well, I guess who ever stays in room 115 will have to let them know otherwise. She never really apologized and basically treated me like I was exaggerating or being untruthful. Again, never got a call back so I called Expedia and they called the hotel on my behalf. I did end up receiving a refund but I never heard from the manager again. This was handled so poorly and I would never have taken the time to write this had they handled it appropriately. I will not be back.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed here because it was so good! Great price! Newly renovated! Dunkin Donuts 24/7 available in the lobby. Shower head was so nice! We will be back next time.

This hotel has been recently renovated. The rooms have hardwood/laminate flooring which is much better/nicer than carpet in my opinion. The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of water pressure in the shower. The desk person was very nice and helpful. Great hotel!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Super 8. I was on a budget and didn't want to spend a lot of money on the bigger hotels in the area. The outside of the Super 8 doesn't look like much. But the inside is super! Freshly renovated rooms. The rooms are not fancy, but very comfortable and everything works! The staff was very friendly. They have fresh Dunkin coffee and donuts all day. The breakfast was small, but adequate. My favorite part was the clean smell of the hotel.

We booked a KING room at this hotel only to be told when we got there that they did not have an elevator. My husband is in a power chair and can not use the steps. They were rude and then offer a queen room next to the deck. We can not use a queen bed. I requested a refund.

This property was very clean and modern. Rooms were large and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised. Only downside I could say is the hallways and doors opening and closing are very loud. There is no carpet so I assume that contributes to the noise. But overall great stay and would stay again

Paid in full for room. When showed up at property they wanted $250.00 cash to hold for the night. Had to leave. did not get my money back for room!! Unacceptable. Room payment was $182.00

I don't like the open concept, I have a 14 yr old that I don't feel safe with her going outside by herself.
