Just need a room near the airport. Room was nice and mostly clean. The carpet was a bit sticky in certain places. The building is pretty old but well maintained. Great service

I was very happy with my stay. Room was clean. Breakfast was more than acceptable. Eggs and sausage available. Not just your typical do it your self waffle maker. 8 free nights of parking makes staying here a no brainer

The staff is very friendly and make u feel like you're home visiting family. Clean rooms. Eady shuttle to and from airport. Definitely would recommend.

This was a decent hotel for the money. Our number one criteria is cleanliness and it was clean. Mattress was very firm and pillows a little thick, but no Hotel can get your personal pillow right. Room and bathroom were clean and looked nice. Breakfast was the usual packaged rolls and buns and cereal, with yogurt, scrambled eggs and pork sausages which we expected. This served our needs. The lower price of $89 attracted us and we have had experience with Baymont before and expected it to be okay, and it was. Definitely would stay again. Ignore the negative reviews about unfriendly staff at the front desk. You only need to deal with them to check in and to check out. The lady in the morning was exceptionally helpful to our needs and went out of her way.

Friendly staff. Room was extremely dirty like nobody has vacuumed or dusted. The lamp lights were so dirty you had to wash the stickyness off your hands after turning the switch. Your provided 4 of the smallest dirt cheap pillows that smell like someone else layed on them and was not cleaned before. Extremely cheap and convenient for park and fly. Was cheaper to book this room then pay for parking for our trip so overall we would book again but know we would need to bring our own pillows and have a low expectation of cleanliness.the staff were extremely nice and friendly.

Shuttle bus 24/6 every half of hour. So convenient. Proximity to airport. Hotel was a bit outdated but clean. Comfortable bed. Bonus- pet friendly 💕

The lady at the front desk during the day she was amazing, sweet and polite. The front desk lady during the night shift was rude, and would not even look at us when we try to ask questions. The room was not clean. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom, and no toiletries. The beds were not made properly, it looked like the blankets were pulled, and the sheets didn’t look fresh.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. Even with waking up to no electricity due to a snow storm everyone was very friendly & just trying to help customers getting to the airport. I would definitely stay here again

My 3 night stay was pleasant. It was what I expected for what I paid. While updates are probably needed, the room and facilities were clean. In my opinion it was a great cost effective stay. Exercise room did need attention.

This hotel is very near DTW so you are about 15 minutes away from the airport via the Baymont shuttle service, a most appreciated feature of this venue. I'd have to say that the beds are most comfortable and the rooms are clean and fairly spacious. A good value!

The walls are extremely thin. You could hear everything outside all night. There were no blankets and we froze. It would be nice if they blankets at least available in the room.

The facility needs a face lift. Everything seem a little run down.Our comforter had a big rip. The desk agent was a bit "snippy " at check in. The bed wss very comfortable

The rooms are definitely outdated and not thoroughly cleaned each day. The bed is very comfortable and the convenience of half hour trips to the airport are really nice. I’ve stayed here twice on my way home from visiting family in Ohio.

I always stay at the Baymont when I am in the Detroit/ Romulus area. The staff is always very friendly. I have never had any major issues.

The staff was amazing and super helpful. There is a shuttle to the airport and everything runs great. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the hotel is a bit old. Everything runs well and it’s clean but it shows it has seen better days.
