Generally all was fine. The only issue was that street noise at night was loud and frequent in my 2nd floor room.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Good location and very helpful staff. Quiet.

We stayed for a few days around New Year and really enjoyed it! The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and pet friendly. All of the staff were super nice and they kept coffee brewed fresh all day. We also enjoyed soaking in the hot tub on cool nights. I liked how safe the neighborhood felt, especially when walking my dog at night.

Limited housekeeping visits, and yet the moisturizer was empty. There are no towel bars to hang up a towel, yet you are expected to use them several days in a row.

One of the best properties I have stayed out in the central Phoenix area.

Property charges Extra for parking. Some rooms at end of hotel had a significant amount of traffic noise. Otherwise the property was very clean, modern, and up-to-date. Breakfast was very good.

Best hotel we have stayed at in a long time.

Had a nice stay with comfortable beds, clean rooms, free cookies and a decent breakfast. My only suggestion would be to ask for an inside room. We were in a room facing a busy street and could hear the traffic at night.

Very basic hotel and breakfast. Expected more

My room was only cleaned every 3 days for my extended stay; the elevators are horrendous and half the time took me to a different floor and different direction; have of the elevators blocked off for construction; had to take an out of the way path to even try to find the gym with zero signage to guide you; rarely anyone at the front desk to answer questions; I wouldn’t stay here again .

Very nice, was told we could order food until 10pm and called at 930pm for coffee and dessert but no one would answer, I tried calling twice and still no answer.

Definitely disappointed. We booked this stay quite a few months in advance and when we arrived the pool and jacuzzi were under construction due to a flood in the building. Had I known I would have canceled and stayed somewhere else. Phoenix is hot and a pool is a must. There is a $10 parking fee that I didn’t know about until arrival, which may be my fault for not reading the fine print but it would have been nice if they offered to at least waive that fee since the pool and jacuzzi were unavailable. The breakfast honestly was not good at all. I won’t stay again.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel is in midst of being renovated so part of it were under construction but had no impact to our stay.

I was not impressed with the hotel it seems outdated it’s my first time staying here and it will probably be the last, the area looks very dark!I thought I was staying in this bright area before getting to the dark area dont like it specially coming with my daughter .

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Only downside was that the pool was closed due to repair/maintenance.

Stay was adequate, a lot of renovations due to some flooding, pool and hot tub not working either. Would have liked a notification of this prior to arrival.

The mattress was awesome!! The hotel was undergoing some renovations due to water damage, but did not take away from our experience. Was within walking distance from 2 malls... very nice

Someone walked in our room with a different key.

Terrible experience, extremely rude front desk who told me i could find somewhere else to stay when i asked why I wasn't informed of the heavy construction going on or that there was no pool access. She was so rude. Dust everywhere in the halls. I got lost twice trying to navigate the construction and missed two ubers. It was noisy and im totally disappointed. I'd love a refund even if only a partial as I left after one day because i couldn't enjoy the hotel

I booked this hotel primarily for the pool and outdoor spaces. There was no mention of construction or amenity closure on Hotels.com or the hampton website. The closures were very briefly skimmed over upon check-in. I was not provided with a partial refund due to booking through hotels.com.

Arrived early and were allowed to check-in. A garage to park out of the sun. Quiet and very comfortable. Clean and well kept. Great location off the busy main road.

Not thrilled about this property, especially for the price. Construction everywhere! No pool use, free breakfast was less than to be desired. Room was seemed clean but smelled stale and old. Bed was old and dipping in the middle. What I did love, wow, the fitness center. I imagine once the updates are complete, this property will be worth the price.

Traveling to Phoenix and have stayed multiple times here. Would have been nice to know that the pool and areas were under construction. There was no pool, no spa, nothing, Office area under construciton/refurb as well. Would have nice to known that in advance.

Hotel was completely under renovation. No pool, or spa. No breakfast. I was given the option to cancel when I checked in, like, am I supposed to start looking for another hotel? An advance notice should have been given. If I was traveling with kids and hoping for a fun stay I would have been extremely upset. I was not even offered a discount. Did I mention there was no breakfast?

I stayed this Hampton Inn for 3 nights. Found a cockroach in the bathroom on my last day. I killed the insect on the spot. Spoke to the front desk about the situation on my checkout FYI.
Morning breakfast was terribly frugal.

Overall ok. Swimming pool closed and breakfast was canceled due to water leak. No voucher or credit for inconveniences. The room smelled heavy like pet danders. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Great television.

Under construction with no notification at time of booking. Only offering continental breakfast. No pool or sauna available

No one said hotel was under major renovation. No breakfast, no pool, dusty, unsafe walking condition.

Didn’t realize the hotel was under construction when we booked online. Pool and breakfast area closed, in return, parking fee was included for no extra charge. Overall the room was nice, the shower had hot strong water pressure. I would stay again .
3.0
The Expedia listing did not disclose construction, that the pool/hot tub was closed, and that breakfast (other than juice, fruit, and pastries) wad not offered during the noisy renovations (7am start-up seven days a week, allowed in PHX)
