Liked the location near Marble Arch tube station and in a safe area. While rooms are old they are more than comfortable. Once renovations to lobby and restaurant areas are completed cleanliness rating should go.up. Overall, an excellent stay,

I would like to spend some words.
To begin with, it is worth highlighting the sweetness of VALENTINA.
She just makes the difference at the reception.
Moreover, I feel like this hotel is a bit underrated. They would deserve way more support, as their quality price is definitely solid. Especially for the location.

I loved the location, and the room. The hotel is in the middle of renovating, and should be lovely when finished

Got a great upgrade to a Suite. Staff is friendly, restaurant was nice and the location was great near Oxford street and Hyde park with plenty of restaurants around.
