I would definitely stay at the Iroquois again! The location was great, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was so yummy. The only downside was not being able to store anything in the mini fridge (because of the minibar items), but that wasn’t a huge problem.

Great little boutique hotel. Staff are excellent! Very helpful, friendly and go out of their way to assist. Great area to base yourself for trip to NYC too.

Very friendly and convenient!
Yes, it is a bit expensive, but fair in NYC.
The breakfast is surely great! And it is OK to take out some . That save us both time and money while visiting the city!

Amazing staff in a great location for a Broadway show!

We had a great stay at the hotel. All the staff were very helpful - from the front desk (especially Marie) to housekeeping.
The grab and go breakfast was plentiful, the room was a decent size by NYC standards and the hotel is centrally located with many transportation options nearby.
In addition, there is a nice happy hour with wine and snacks, and informative neighborhood walking tour options offered for free through a company called Streetwise. Our guide (Dan) was very informative.
The Iroquois is our new favorite hotel for a stay in NYC. We will be back.
Thank you to the staff at the hotel for such a pleasant stay.

I have been in a room for a single.
The room was small but designed nicely. The interior is pretty and the bath is great.
The only problem is that there was a disturbing noise during the night from the wall between my room and the rooms right to me assume because of the valves or something

This was such a pleasant surprise. I’ve walked by this hotel on previous trips - so close to theaters and Times Sq but not in the thick of the bustle. The staff was incredible-friendly, helpful, and positive. The room, though small, was clean and fresh. Comfy bed. Good WiFi. The breakfast was more substantial than a typical grab and go with some hot selections. Also enjoyed the happy hour in their speakeasy with craft cocktails. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and updated room, lovely classic interior, extremely welcoming and well-trained staff, and a quick walk to Broadway, Times Square, Bryant Park, and more. We were welcomed with fresh fruit and cocktails before being treated to crisp linens and quiet sleep. Granted, we were on the 7th floor but it was quite peaceful notwithstanding. Isa and Anthony were among the knowledgeable staff that helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was decent, again served by courteous and friendly staff.
Only downsides I clocked were the busted bathroom floor heater and bedside power bank in our room. With that said, the room was climate-controlled and there was another power bank on the other side of the bed, so we weren’t lacking for much. Highly recommend, can’t wait to stay again.

This hotel felt like a little hidden gem, tucked far away enough from the major crowded places in NYC, but close enough to get to and from everywhere we need to go conveniently by walking. The staff were very nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

I cannot say enough great things about my stay at The Iroquois in New York. When my friend and I first arrived, it was too early for check-in. However, as is the case with most hotels, the staff allowed us to store our bags while we did some sightseeing. By the time we returned, Marie at the front desk was very happy and eager to assist us with checking in.
As for my hotel room, I had initially been given one right next to the elevator. Now, while the hotel does boast about how wonderfully quiet each room is (which is certainly true), particularly the street noise, staying next to the elevator was not necessarily ideal for me, personally.
I immediately returned to the front desk and Marie was more than accommodating to try and find me another room, which she did almost immediately. She was wonderful and I could not have been more pleased with the change. Thanks, Marie!!!
I stayed in a Deluxe Queen which was just big enough for me. The room and bath were both very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Although the room did include a well-stocked mini-bar, I chose not to partake of its contents.
My friend and I opted for rooms which included a free “grab and go” breakfast, which actually turned out to be even more, with breakfast sandwiches made to order. They also had plenty of pastries.
All in all, I absolutely loved this hotel, its location and especially the staff. Thank you Iroquois for making my stay in New York a pleasant one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved how quiet our room was! The “speakeasy” downstairs was delightful. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Stylish, charming, and a warm welcome. Much appreciated the Expedia VIP perk of two drinks of the elaborate drinks menu in the adorable and chic bar. Love this hotel. It's very Art Deco, very clean, and just has a lot of personality for a reasonably priced hotel in Times Square.

Great value for money, considering the prime location.
Staff members were courteous, the speakeasy makes mean cocktails, and the room was cozy but comfortable.
I will stay here next time.
Of note, $33 daily facility fee is extra so make use of their facilities if you stay there.

Awesome hotel with an amazing classic NY lobby and stellar staff! The rooms are small but this is New York, baby! That’s the standard. Quite quiet for a busy area of town, would definitely stay again!

Location is amazing, staff very friendly, parking is arranged with a garage across the street, and they treated us to a continental breakfast and an evening happy hour which was lovely. It is an older property, but well maintained and very clean. The rooms are small but comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

The front desk service was very helpful, and the interior design was stylish and appropriate to the period of the building. The room was comfortably furnished and we would look forward to the opening of the new bar and restaurant area. The shower pressure was not great and there appeared to be no extractor fan.

We enjoyed our stay at Iroquois. The hotel was clean. Service and staff were always very nice. The free breakfast was a nice touch to have before heading out all day. The location was quiet but close enough to walk to nearby Times Square and Broadway.

I stayed here 1/23-1/25. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was excellent - so friendly. I have no complaints about the room though I do wish it had a mini fridge and a coffee maker. I like to have an early cup of coffee in the room before I head out. The area is full on tourist; which is what you'd expect near Times Square. It's a good location if you're going to the theater or shopping.

Beautiful hotel. When we got to our room there was a bottle of wine and cookies for our anniversary. So sweet! Extremely convenient and staff was so friendly. I will definitely stay again.

There are SO many choices for hotels in Manhattan, even if you narrow it down to more upscale boutique hotels. This place was truly a homerun!
Why?
1) quiet! We were on the 10th floor-that helped in our room but even the lobby was calmer and more quiet. Several reviews I read said the same thing…they were spot on!
2) wine hour, grab and go breakfast*, clementines and water at the front desk, and the FANTASTIC walking tours all set this place FAR above other options!
A note about breakfast: we got down there about 9. They had several delicious options if you aren’t gluten free and/or vegan but this is a temporary option while their restaurant is being renovated. We both had the breakfast sandwich (again, not gluten free or vegan which I usually go for)…and were very pleased!! It was hot and delicious! They had almond and regular milk for coffee, several tea options and what tasted like fresh squeezed oj!! So much better than what I expected!!
Wine hour rotates around to different hotels in their group. We lucked out to have it here the night we came in.
3) the bed was comfy; the room was spacious enough I was able to do my yoga workout! The shower was hot and the towels were thick. The TP was even in a cute little bag. Several USB charging stations around the room and plenty of lighting. The blinds even shut to black the light out!
4) the staff seemed to go out of their way to make the stay nice—thanks Orlando! Everyone was WONDERFUL
And ❤️❤️ Streetwise walking tours!!

Iroquois was an excellent choice for the location and for the personal attention we were given. We stayed there as a family of 6. Grab & Go breakfast was quite good and the coffee was excellent! The ONLY negative thing during our stay was an alarm test they performed for several hours. That was unfortunate and fairly disturbing. Other than that, we really enjoyed everything else about our stay and would definitely stay there again.
