As usual hotel jefe comes through I love that place

Good value for money, nicely equipped room.

I wasn’t expecting much for $50 but was pleasantly surprised. It’s a very basic accommodation…no fridge, microwave or coffee maker but the room was clean, quiet and comfortable with a great walk in shower and located less than a quarter mile off I-15. All I needed was a bed, shower and a quiet nights sleep. Hotel Jefe provided all I needed. I would definitely stay again.

It was a good stay but the bathroom had a broken handle

It's just okay, no breakfast ,no hair conditioner, only 1 big towels with a family of 3 or a room of 4,even I asked at the front desk to get it to my room but nothing happened??

Very noisy, doors slamming throughout the night. Casino where you eat was very smokey.

Strange place. Pretty run down, not super clean, not a great part of town (is there one?). Lot's of security, they actually are good, but my car still got a dent on the hood.
At night the music is unbelievably loud. The only way to order food is to yell at the waitstaff. Impossible to hear them when they talk to you.
Who does this hotel cater to?
The staff was nice.

The hotel clerk on duty said it would be with me in just a bit, but I waited 10 minutes for another clerk to come and check me in, while the original clerk constantly complained about being there while I stood there waiting.

Great stay for the minimalist! Shower, bed, sink, ironing board,
Only thing i can think of that needs improvement is more electrical outlets.

The staff was courteous and professional. The room was clean and spacious. Could’ve had more comfortable beds. Overall we were happy.

Stayed here for my sons baseball tournament and won’t be returning. The beds were only doubles but the room size could definitely fit queens. The mattresses were horrible and the covers were sheets only with a very old thin blanket. Pillows were the size of an accent pillow. Walls are super thin, you hear everything and it gets super noisy at night in the hallways and surrounding rooms. We got very little sleep during our stay . The shower was meant for a 4 ft person . At 5’9, kneeling in the shower was the only way the water would be able to hit my head. The water was very low pressure and you could only turn the knob so far which made for pretty cold showers . The pool was disgusting so no swimming for the kids . The hallway smelled like mildew especially in the mornings.
I will say our room was clean but that was the only positive. I would not recommend this for place for stays longer than one night and definitely not if you have kids .

A very dirty place, stains in the bathroom, very old bathtubs, wet water valves, doors in great deterioration, even though they promote it as remodeled.

Nice hotel, kept very clean. Staff friendly, room had everything we needed. Area was a little rough, parking lot was well patrolled, but people threw trash everywhere! They cleaned it up every morning! The beds were so comfortable! Convenient to freeway and downtown attractions.

This was my third time staying there but the first time I got a remodeled room, staying in one of the new rooms is like staying at a totally different hotel.

Staff were all nice. 90% of the staff speak spanish only
They were friendly
The location is horrible
In the middle of nowhere
We paid over 300.00 per night
When we got there , the billboard in front of the hotel advertizes 49.00 as the nightly rate
We didnt expect the restaurant/bar staff tp be half naked
The room had no blankits on the beds? Just a sheet
We checked out 5 minutes after we checked in
The hotel returned my money for 1 of the nights that i had reserved

Every once in awhile expedia drops the ball.
This hotel was not at all as expected.
We were put in a non refurbished room.
It was basement like on the first floor, we got moved across the hall, it was marginally better.
The shower was lukewarm, receptions in a smokefilled lobby right beside the casino.

No table games! No roulette,no craps, no 21 tables!

The level of filth was vomit inducing. This place is obviously running out the clock since the property from my best guess is less than 1000 feet from Home Plate of the new stadium that’s going to be built. I’ve never seen a dirtier shower curtain.

For the money it was ok. Only came here to sleep. Walls were very thin. Could hear people talking loudly on their phones.

Everything was great!

I've stayed in this hotel two nights because of its proximity to the Valley of Fire and distance from the busy strip. The free parking was also a factor.
Staff was friendly but there were no food options and the internet worked one day and never worked the second day.
My biggest complaint was the musty/moldy smell of my room which didn't go away even after I kept the window open for 24 hours.
Overall felt a bit dirty although the sheets were clean and the bathroom/shower was in very good shape and had good water pressure.

Could hear the neighbors talking until 4 am bc of thin walls. Bed linens were rough. My car was fine the next morning so that is a plus

The property is Motel 6ish with less comfortable beds and pillows. The towels are small and low quality, something you’d see used in an institutional setting. Don’t stay on the parking lot side it will be loud all night.

I was happy with everything. Good security, room was clean, I had to stay in a smoking room but it had a little odor, good coffee downstairs in the morning. Quarter laundry available but I didn't use it. No charge for my dogs.

Overall it was a decent stay. Bed was good, my room was clean. The restaurant was pretty good, got a hamburger and fries which was really good.
